Broke after 2 years
I loved my machine while it lasted however after only owning it for 2.5 years it randomly quit one morning. The machine would no longer read the barcodes even with all the recommended actions from nespresso themselves. Sad that you can only get a few years out of these machines and thats it.

Great Christmas present!
Purchased as a gift for a white elephant gift exchange. There was a promotion on this version and it was a great price point! The person who received it was very happy with it. All around, a gift pleaser!

Machine stopped working
I have had this machine for less than two years and use it sporadically (mostly to make espresso martinis) and it had stopped working altogether. Reached out to Nespresso directly to troubleshoot and consider my options - which were either 35% off a new machine or pay $65 to send it in for repair. Horrible customer service. Going to reach out to Bloomingdales directly in hopes that they rectify the situation and replace the machine. If you're going to spend the money on a "luxury espresso maker" do yourself a favor and spend a couple hundred dollars extra on one thats built to last, I wish I had.

Love my new machine!
I got this for Christmas from my Fiancee, I was wasting money on coffee shop lattes but this has saved the day! I love being able to make an iced or hot latte from the comfort of home and for a fraction of the price. The machine works well and is easy to use!

Great coffee. Narrow but very long design.
Just got the white Vertuo next yesterday! So far my house smells amazing. My only complaint and a fault of my own I wish I would have paid more attention to the dimensions. The next is narrow but very long I can’t seem to find a spot anywhere in my kitchen that it will fit nicely. I wish I would have chosen the flat or round head instead for a more square footprint to fit better on the counter as the water reservoir doesn’t seem to be at the back of those which also makes it difficult to get to on the next. This morning while trying to get the very thick stiff power cord out to plug it in it knocked off the water reservoir lid and it sank all the way to the bottom of the water tank. Just personal preference as I have zero experience with Nespresso machines so I’m still learning but if I had to do it again I would choose differently.

Too cold
Coffee comes out not hot enough. Have to preheat cup and cream - and still microwave immediately after making it

Although the temperature of our machines cannot be increased manually, here are some tips to get a hotter coffee: — Connect the device to your Wi-Fi and Nespresso Mobile App to get the latest software update. — Use a cup of the size of your preparation. Using a larger cup will cool the mixture faster. — Clean the extraction chamber frequently (once a week). The cleaning will take approximately 5 minutes, and you will find the instructions in your user manual.
