very comfortable for sandles and shoes with heels

They could be a bit thicker, but they work great! I'd rate them 4.5 stars. I have horrible foot pain, but when I got off work tonight I walked to my car like a regular person, I wasn't half dragging my right foot with my hip killing me

Oh the relief

So far, I have put these in my leather sandals. And they have helped. I have issues with getting blisters on the ball of my feet. So we shall see.

Maybe these will work

Foot pads not as pictured, very small and very thin...about worth a dollar and priced at $8.  Very poor quality.
