Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and period selected above unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After enduring the worst 2 years of my life so far (I’m 67) and wondering if I was even going to make it through, I remembered playing Lumosity every night with my 10 year old granddaughter when I would tuck her into bed. So I downloaded it again on my new phone, my first download in fact! And I’m so glad I did! It’s exactly what I needed! I love playing the Lumosity games and seeing how I compare to other seniors and I’m so proud of myself for doing as good as I do. Then I discovered Lumosity meditation app and I’m only on Day 2 but it made me cry just listening to the kind voice in my ear telling me to focus on my breathing instead of all my problems. I cannot thank you enough Lumosity for being there at this precise moment in my life when I so desperately needed a little self confidence and encouragement. I would give you hundred stars if I could!!!!!!!

I just started and I feel calm, happy, peaceful. I want to do more stuff in life now. This app is the best thing ever. I feel at peace. I am noticing what is around me. The only problem I have with this is app is that the lessons are four minutes long. It is really short so I have to do more days in a day. But this app is making me really happy. I like in the beginning it asks me what I need help on and it listed everything that I need help on it was like the best thing ever. Before I had this game I was depressed and sad but I said I need to change that so I downloaded this game and it made me so happy and excited. I have no problems with this game. Of course this game does need some updates of more stuff but If anyone is reading this download this game you will feel better trust me.
Could have more emotion help
This is an amazing app and it really helps. It doesn't try to sell you anything which makes this meditation app much better than some others out there. Its design is unique, simple, and helpful. The pace of it helps you relax, and it lets you meditate even if you have little time.
One thing that can be improved is the section that deals with emotions. It helps you feel better about people and it has really helped me connect with the people in my life. They could add more emotions to help people feel like the app can help you in all types of situations; depression, grief, or even thinking about the future like a kid does. Adding more meditations to the whole spectrum of emotions would make this app feel more whole.
