LikedAbsolutely perfect location, the best you can imagine. Unexpectedly cozy neighborhood—little shops, bars, restaurants, a quiet street, and all just a two-minute walk from Covent Garden. I can't even imagine staying anywhere else in London now. Lovely room. It's important to have a window facing Monmouth Street. Charming breakfast.
DislikedWe were offered an upgrade to a larger room despite it being more expensive—with a completely different view, windows facing the street. Thankfully, we decided not to take this option. I think the experience would have been ten times worse.

LikedLovely hotel with exceptional front door staff. Room was quite small but bathroom was outstanding. Breakfast was very good, and quality of food was fabulous.
DislikedBreakfast menu was confusing and we were offered water and then told we would be charged extra for it! Room was lovely but quite small and pillows were not to my personal taste, I prefer firmer. Bed was also quite firm.

I have stayed in various hotels in London including Firmdales. Firmdales are always on my top priority when I choose where to stay whenever I visit London, and Covent Garden hotel is indeed the best one. Very good location, superb staffs, delicious breakfast.. I never get disappointed with this fabulous hotel with the most attentive and friendly staffs. I already made my future reservation-see you again soon! Cheers!

The room was extremely clean, spacious and nicely decorated (Room 317), the service was excellent and always willing to help. The only negatives are that the room didn't have a Nespresso machine and the room was a little bit expensive.
