The awning on the front door will velcro shut when it is needed to close.

The awning flap sits over the screen door when the legs of the awning are removed.  So, you remove the legs and then the awning drops down and mostly covers the door.  The velcro is useless as the awning doesn't meet it without removing the metal frame of the awning.

What&#39;s the front door like?  Is it the awning flap that Velcros shut over the screen or does it fully zipper shut?

This product uses 4 standard D batteries.

how many batteries does he use? are the regular 4D or those that are much larger 4D..??

First it is super easy to setup and breakdown. It is heavy when it's all packed up in its carry-case. The case does have a small set of wheel which does help a little, but the handle placement on the bag is not very conducive for using the wheels. 
The tent itself has plenty of room to stand up, get changed, etc. We are a family of four and have more than enough space. Having the room dividers is convenient. It's nice having the center community room for shoe changing etc., and nice that the kids have their own space and we can have ours.

It is easy and huge!

OMG this tent is fabulous!!! Literally my husband and I were sitting around the camp Fire talking about how much we love it. Please buy it if you have the chance it will not disappoint you! We have 2 Coleman Deluxe camping cots and our sons have 2 regalo camping cots (for toddlers) and we also had our dogs in their crates in the tent, one a 36 inch crate and one a 42. We could easily fit 2-3 more adult cots in their. The ONLY complaint I have is the lights should be yellow so they don't attract bugs. They are super bright! The lights are on the outside, under the rain fly so bugs did not come in the tent. But they sure were all over the screen. This was an upgrade from an older version. My husband was mad I spent the money but he spent all weekend praising the tent. It took about 5 minutes from start to finish to set up and you could do it alone if need be.

Plenty of room for our family of 4 and our mastiff. We had a queen air mattress in one room, 2 twins in the other, and a folding table in the middle. It rained on us and we stayed perfectly dry.

Love this tent!! Very easy to put together and put away. We a family of 4 and we fit a king size bed on one side and two twins on the other end. Lots of space. It rained and we didn't have any leaks.

This tent is amazing! Very spacious and LED lights are very useful. Only thing I dislike is the front that comes out as a awning or porch. It's a hassle. But the tent is super quick and easy to set up and only takes minutes.

Best Tent for the price

Great tent. We spend a week camping rained everyday and we stayed dry. Also super easy to put up and take down I did it alone with my 6 yo in under 10 minutes. Storage bag is great not too bulky not too heavy. I would highly recommend this tent to a family.

Excellent Purchase

this tent is awesome and HUGE. my husband and i bought this tent specifically to have a bedroom on one side and a living space on the other. it would easily fit a family. with both of us it took about 5 minutes to put up and that includes tying it down and staking it, very easy. the stakes that come with the tent are small so we bought bigger stakes for $1 from Walmart  and it was pretty windy on our trip but we had no issues. the built in lights were perfect and have 3 brightness settings. this tent has excellent ventilation, 6 big windows and 2 doors. LOVE IT. my only complaint is that i wish it had an outside flap for air conditioning.

perfect glamping tent!

Great tent just set up in the backyard for camping this weekend. It didn't come with instructions but two of us mostly my husband got the whole thing up. Everything intact and included as should. Lights were a great addition. Two Room dividers are included but just a cheap zipper curtain with big gaps on the sides. Better than nothing but would be nice for a true divider. Covered porch awning is bigger than I though and makes a nice entry. Like some have said we used it as bedrooms on each end and middle sitting area. Happy with the purchase would recommend
