Breakfast nice. Location and decoration was good.
My husband had a food poisoning from dinner buffet.We had half board. Dinner was so weird. Very weak and bad quality. They labelled the food options completely wrong it wasn’t matching. Breakfast was good although they couldn't do poached eggs. Marmalade was very liquidy.
The staff were brilliant. Made us feel special and welcome, particularly the young man in reception called Muad. He’s an absolute asset to the hotel.
The cooked breakfast was totally cold
It’s a really well designed hotel. Such a pleasure to stay at. From the friendly check in to the room. Facilities are great. The rooms even standard are fab. Immaculate and cosy and cool. The beds are fantastic. I slept sooo well. The breakfast is worth the room rate alone. So good. A very efficient and well run hotel. Highly recommend.
The mini bar price list was missing. Not cool. As that can add up. Lucky u of u get a room facing the pool … the highway is noisy but they so sound proof it well and good view. A tiny thing - the soap / shampoo dispenser in the spa was useless. The changing room at the spa is way too small and substandard.
