yes and a bracket is included. I did not use it though so cannot comment on how easy it was to install/use.

The answering machine can be access by pressing the "Play/Stop" button. Voicemail from your telephone provider can be accessed by holding the "1" button on your keypad.

To play messages press the PLAY button located to the right of the display window.

Ease Of Installation

Easy to use and with amplified sound, excellent for my elderly father with hearing issues. Good value for two phones. Buttons are large and easy to read.

Bought this phone for my aunt & uncle who are getting older and hard of hearing.  They needed a phone that amplified the sound, so I bought this phone for them.  It works great, in fact my aunt says its too loud.  So far so good.

Loud Phone

I purchased this phone for my business because of all the background noise in my phone lines. I have had the phone company out 5 or 6 times and they can't seem to take care of it. I needed to be able to hear my take out orders for my sub shop and this was the only way I could think of to remedy the situation. I am happy to report that it worked! This phone has enough volume to override the background noise that was hindering my business orders. I am very glad I purchased this particular phone. I am also very glad that I bought it from Walmart. The service and speedy delivery of this phone made it possible for me to correct the problem at my business in a timely manner and not lose customers because of it. Thank you for your excellent service!

great phone if you need extra volume

The main phone is great for people who are hearing impaired. I wish the cordless was as loud as the main phone, but it is still good. Overall it is a great phone for people who are hard of hearing and who need a cordless also.

Product is great but was very obviously repackaged which makes me wonder why. it was supposed to be new

This phone has great clarity and meets the expectation for a slightly hearing impaired individual however, it is difficult to set up. The features are good but very difficult for an elderly person to understand. If you are technology savy, the options are great. I would recommend this to others.

Good phone but a little complicated to set up.

I do have to give the phone credit that it does amplify the sound (but you have to push the boost button every time).  When I told my dad to push the boost button he kept saying "what" so I'm pretty sure he is not going to understand the boost button purpose.  When I tried putting in my name and my sisters names and numbers into the directory I finally gave up.  The number went in fine but I could not get the letters of the names to go in.  I read the manual over and over and could not find how to change letters.  My sister came over and we tried for 1/2 hour before we finally figured it out.  I have to say this is the hardest phone to look at and figure out what the symbols mean.  Even if I just want to erase missed calls it is a challenge.   My dad can hear on it good enough to hear me say "dinners ready, come on over" so that saves me a trip and if I try to tell him anything else he will say "I can't hear you, I'll just come over", and that saves me a trip also so I am giving it 3 stars.

wow this phone made me feel stupid

The base number pad does not light up. Someone that is hard of seeing can't use it. Also the phone is hard to hang up in the cradle. Returned this item for a refund.

Not what we expected

It was easy to set up and the buttons are easy to read. However, the speaker phone and message playback over the speaker were very distorted and hard to understand.

This product is no good and I returned it.

Bought for my elderly mother who is hard of hearing. Not user friendly for seniors, the message id is barely readable, to find your missed call you must go thru at least 4 steps, and the ring DEFINITELY ISNT LOUDER than the cheap phone we already had.  Customer service was rude and of no help.  I had to order a seperate ring  amplifier, which is what i wish i had done before ordering this crappy phone. The ring amplifier is only 12.00 and works great! The amplifier works with any phone.

Dont buy, beware not loud or user friendly
