MEASUREMENTS:
This dress will be made to order in your size though you should always budget for professional size alterations when buying a couture dress. I am very good at making things to fit from measurements but without fittings nothing can be guaranteed perfect!

DESIGN:
The dress is made in opulent ivory shantung with delicately gathered tulle on top. It has a fitted and boned bodice with sweetheart neckline and optional shoulder straps. Corded lace is hand appliquéd to the neckline, straps, waist and skirt. The dress closes with real a ribbon lace-up back to the waist and a zip below

The skirt is full over netting, shown here worn over a hoop skirt as well (not included). Below the lace detail the colour seeps up in an Autumn fire rainbow from the hem, hints of purple, crimson, scarlet red, orange and yellow fade into the ivory above. Silk roses and cascades of tiny trailing flowers are embedded with the lace on the skirt and a removable bustle flower echoes these at the back waistline.

CONDITION AND CARE:

Due to the nature of applying the colour to the dress the dress cannot be washed or dry-cleaned, though non-coloured areas can be spot cleaned if needed with water and detergent.


Please note that though I put a 3 week dispatch time on this listing this is very much a 'minimum possible'. It will usually be more like 5-8 weeks unless you really do need it super fast in which case I will move heaven and earth to make that happen! Normally, I will fit your order into my making schedule ASAP and keep you informed of progress all the time. If you have a very tight timeframe please message me before purchase so I can confirm a prompt dispatch is possible.
