Works but need food first

I had been using a sublingual B-12 for a while and did not notice the umph that I have gotten from this product. I can definitely tell a difference within minutes of taking it. My husband even noticed it right away in me. The taste is NOT something that I look forward to, but it works so well, I will just live with it!

I stopped taking regular pill and capsule type supplements because of the Magnesium stearate found in 99% of them. This liquid is made up of ingredients which I do not have to be concerned I may have a reaction to. Works wonderfully and unlike what some others have said, the taste isn't bad at all - at least to me.

Just the nutrients please

This item was recommended by my doctor as a B supplement several years ago. As a 75 yr old woman, the few times I have stopped taking this I can tell my energy goes down. I usually purchase from my doctor who is 200 miles away. Don't go downstate as much as I used to so am purchasing it on line. It must be refrigerated, so I carry a small cooler whenever I travel. Like the liquid and it is easy to take.

Ultra B-12 Liquid complex

This is a very high quality b vitamin complex. It has three forms of B-12, folate as folic acid and it's a liquid. It tastes good and it's packaged in a nice brown glass bottle. The only thing I didn't like was the dropper. The top was loose and it bent over to one side. I tried these drops for myself, and then I ordered them for my daughter. Mine are gone now and I will order them again. That's how good they are as of this date 3/12/13.

Excellent B vitamin complex

I tried this product for extra energy and to get away from the energy shot drinks. It doesn't bother my stomach and I get a nice steady source of energy without the chemicals. The mosquitos don't seem to like nearly as much as I do. Apparently, I feel great and taste terrible

As we age, you need B12.   Instead of capsules, I take this liquid.   It tastes really good, so not like a medicine.   A sweet fruity taste.   I don't really know what it is suppose to do, just know that people lose B12 as they age, so this is how I supplement it.

necessary as one ages

This product does the job but the only problem is the taste. I always prefer to take my B12 in liquid form because of the convenience factor. This one just didn't taste as good and it's difficult getting the proper dose out. The others that I've used in the past have been discontinued.

Very convenient

Minor item, but the image shows the dropper which was a selling point for me as it makes accurate dosage measurements and consumption easier. The actual product does NOT come with the dropper, so if you are expecting it like I was, you will be disappointed. The product itself is initially an energy boost, but after a few weeks it appears to loose its effectiveness, which could possibly be attributed to the body adjusting to the recommended dosage. I will be increasing the dosage a little to see if this is the case. If not I will try another brand.
