These two authors never disappoint! I picture the two of them plotting out their story, laughing, thinking what's the craziest things we could do to our couple and then they do it! Bianca George had volunteered to interview Dexter "Mister Moneybags" Truitt for an article in Finance Times where she works. No one knows her real reason for volunteering but she was selected to interview the reclusive man who is finally revealing himself to the world. On the elevator ride up to his company's floor, the elevator stops working, the lights go out, and the fun begins. This scene was hysterical...I couldn't stop laughing. Dex has a smarta$$ quality to him which I just loved. Dex is really enjoying conversing with Bianca and is very interested in her until he realizes that she is the one that will be interviewing him and her opinion of him isn't very favorable...so what does Dex do???? Pretends to be someone else...Jay. Dex ends up cancelling the interview with Bianca but agrees to an email interview instead. This emailing turns into texting every night at 11:00 pm. Bianca is getting to know the real Dex and actually liking him....all the while....she is going on dates with Jay. The different situations that "Jay" went through was too funny. It was even funnier that Dex was jealous of Jay! LOL. Of course all secrets eventually get exposed and that's when the real fun begins. The path these two had to take to get to their happy ending was just crazy. Just when you'd think you had the story figured out...BOOM....here's a new curve. Overall, I just adored this book. The characters were so fun and real and the story was wonderful. I've loved every book these two authors have released and they are now an auto buy for me. Great job.....LOVED IT!

Oh. My. Gosh. !!! This is, by far, my favorite book by these two. This book was INTENSELY amazing! It had everything you would expect from Penelope and Vi; an engaging story, smart characters, tons of emotions. And HOLY PLOT TWIST!!! I NEVER expected the major conflict that arose between Bianca and Dex, but the way it was written was pure genius. I was almost in tears towards the end! I loved the love in this book, and the other emotions that were written so perfectly. The angst, desperation, sadness, defeat, relief, joy...I felt them all right along with the characters. And thank goodness for the smart characters. If they wanted to say something, they said it. No hemming and hawing with "oh, I should probably say this out loud, but I'm just going to keep it to myself and wait for my inaction to cause a foreseeable major problem down the road." Nope! These characters act just like real people, and, as a jaded blogger, I truly appreciate that :) (As a side note, catching up with a certain man and his goat was a nice surprise too!) I will DEFINITELY be reading this book again. Not only that, this is further proof that I don't even have to read the synopsis for a story by these ladies. I'll just read it because I KNOW it's gonna be PHENOMENAL!!! (I received a copy of this book in consideration of an honest review)
