In this interactive summer camp kids will learn how to integrate science in art.
Class experience
Science and art are strongly connected. In this camp students will learn how to make authentic connections with these two subjects. In this summer camp students will learn concepts such as genetics, the science of cyanotypes, camouflage, climate change, and recycling. In the first half of the day students will be engaged in interactive games and teacher led instruction. The second half of the day students will interact with their peers by creating works of art that integrates science....
Students will learn about animals. Students will learn the characteristics of mixed media, watercolor, and digital media. Students will learn about nature. Students will learn about the environment and recycling.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
