Delivery Information & Shipping Policy


When will my order ship?

Order ship within hours on purchases made between 8 AM-6PM mountain time US. All orders placed over the weekend are shipped by Monday noon. All products are shipped in a box or padded envelope to minimize potential breakage during shipping.

Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes! When your order ships the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in a shipment confirmation e-mail.

What if the tracking number says it was delivered but I don't have it?

If the tracking information says "package delivered" but you have not yet received it, please contact the shipping provider with the package tracking number. Some packages are marked delivered but do not arrive for another 24-48 hours. If, after 48 hours, they are unable to find your package please contact us at support@dirobi.com and we will make sure the problem is solved.

What is the cost of your shipping?

For United States orders: We charge between $5.95 and $7.95 for orders below $50 USD, depending on the shipping service chosen by the customer. All orders over $50 are free.

For Canada orders: We use FedEx International Priority and International Economy. Rates depend on the size and weight of the order, so they will be determined during checkout. No wholesale orders may be shipped into Canada at this time, only products for personal use.

What if I'm unhappy with my order?

We have a “60 day, empty bottle guarantee.” If for any reason you are unhappy with our product, simply call, chat with, or email us within 60 days of your purchase and we’ll take it from there!
