These are extremely sturdy and have helped with my workout routine.

As I just joined a new workout facility I was in need of resistance bands in order to participate in several of the classes.  The gym sells their own branded sets....for over $30!  This set actually has identical functionality to the expensive branded set.  I have used it multiple times.  Each color offers a different level of resistance and   Really like the carry pouch to keep it organized.

These are some of the best bands that I've used, my only one small complaint is I wish they were wider...I'd definitely buy them again ..

Exercise Bands

It's a good deal and I like the different resistance level of brands, however the first day I took it out of the package it snapped, not made out of good material.

These are really slippery, they dont stay on your legs as ones I have used in past, I feel these are more for men then women. They are also a wider circle then others -I have to keep tension on at all times for it not to slide down.
