Fixing problems with the TV apps
TV apps on Sky
If any of your TV apps are missing from the Apps or Sidebar sections of your Sky Q box, Sky Glass or Sky Stream, or if Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, or any other TV app isn’t working, follow these troubleshooting steps.
Top tip: If you're seeing an on screen error message on the Netflix, Disney+, BBC iPlayer or RTÉ Player apps, head to the Netflix, Disney+, BBC or RTÉ help centres.

When signing up for an app on Sky, we might give you a QR code to scan. We recommend using the QR code scanner on your phone's camera, as third-party scanners can take you to scam websites, where it's possible for your details to be stolen.
