The reason I got these was to talk on the phone. They work extremely well for that. Music sounds excellent but they are not exceptionally loud. The design could be better. They don't really stay around my neck as well as I would like. I have had them slide off on a couple of occasions. The magnetic earbuds just stick to each other. They are good at rejecting outside noise, so they excel for phone calls

The audio is great, the pairing process is seemless, power button/slider is easy to use but the one and only problem I have is with the design of the neckband itself. The structure is very flimsy and lacks any kind of stability. It keeps moving off of my neck no matter what I do. I use it when I'm sitting or stationary but there's no way I could use it doing any kind of activities.

Easy to use. Buttons are easy to access. Different size buds allow for good ear fit. Not compatible if you are doing a lot of jumping like in HIIT exercises, but otherwise a good product. Would recommend to friends.

These headphones are easy to use, fit comfortably, and are very well made. The only thing that could be improved upon it the sound. They sound a bit tinny, could use more base. They were a very good deal for the price though.

It’s a pretty good headset for the money. My only complaint would be it’s not quite as rigid as I would have hoped. The actual neck band is a little flimsy so it moves a lot. I wrap a gear tie (similar to a pipe cleaner) around it and it works perfect. If you are sitting relatively still, driving or at a desk it’s perfect. If you move around a lot it could be an issue. All in all I’m pleased.
