The shoes are great just a shame I waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery 🙈

I'm usually 5.5 / 38.5 in trainers, so ordered 5.5 which happens to be 39 EU on their measuring guide. They were absolutely huge not a 5.5 more like a 6.5 and heavy to wear but well made. Tip: order one size smaller! They took over 3 weeks to arrive. I did receive message from CS telling me a delay in delivery. As not dispatched I asked to cancel order twice, which they ignored. Now I have to pay to send them back (I didn't read that part on website!) Won't be ordering from Superga again!

Terrible customer service. No returns kabels are offered and the refund process was a mess. Thank God I paid for tracked postage otherwise it would not have happened. It took 3 weeks of chasing up to get a refund.

Returned for a refund and refund not issued. Luckily I used tracked postage, the trainers were received on 23rd Nov but a refund has still not been processed (9th Dec).

Love these shoes . Come up slightly big so might be best to order smaller size. Good quality and great style . S

Superga, what can I say, you make my feet smile, stylish, quality footwear at very reasonable prices, great for for me (i take standard size and have quite a wide fit) great designs, get lots of compliments on my Superga footwear, I am reluctant to buy any other brand as I know I can trust this one! Too heavy - flat form sole too heavy to wear the shoes - keeps slipping off !

Shoe is way to heavy. Returns policy awful. Superga is the only company I have purchased from where I have had to pay for my return. I purchase everything online and use. Wide range of company’s all offering free retrurnd. I will not purchase from Superga again.
