Place it on your finger, then press the only button on it. It turns on, then use the same button to adjust the screen rotation settings to suit your liking. It is a rotatable screen and it rotates 90 degrees with every press of that button. It shuts off automatically when you take it off and it has been off a finger for about 10 seconds. That power on/screen adjustment button is not used to shut it off.

Numbers are large and the colors make it much easier to read. Very convenient to monitor heart rate without having to get out blood pressure equipment.

Good product

I recently had a Gastric Bleed %26 my wife was able to check my Pulse %26 blood Oxigen to be able to tell my nurse when she felt I might need to be seen by a Dr.  I didn't need to have more transfusions but it was nice to know my blood was still carrying plenty of Oxygen even though I looked very pale. The Oximeter more than paid for itself because we had information available to pass on to Professionals for their evaluation. Thank you Wal-Mart!

Equate Pulse Oximeter Worth Every Penny!

Ordered this after a respiratory infection acquired while in the hospital. Was told I had to wear oxygen because my SA02 level was too low. This item was very helpful in determining that my oxygen level was fine. Nice little piece of equipment at a great price.

But totally worth it! It's lighter, easier to clean, has a lanyard and cover if you're a caregiver and need to keep it on body, best part?? Normal batteries!!! No $48 special medical equipment batteries!!! Whole device will outlast 10xs a cheap unit that needs a replacement battery sooner than you think and you either pay $50 for a special 3.5v in particular size or shape or you junk the whole thing for a new one, like throwing out the printer cause new ink cost more than the whole unit!

Might Cost More…buuut

Love it. Especially in the Covid times when its important to keep up with your oxygen levels.

The Oximeter is very easy to use and setup. I like the automatic shut off after not in use for 8 secs. You can't go wrong. I chose this model because I needed for medical recordings oxygen and pulse levels  per my doctor's advice. The others stated medical/sport but it really meant sport use only. The price was right I didn't want to go cheap and that isn't always the best product.

Easy to use. Easy to set-up and easy to read. My only complaint is that I went to Walmart because “ It was in stock” and it was not.

Worked okay for the first week or two.Now it doesn't work most of the time.Put brand new Duracell batteries in and didn't make a difference.Will be returning for a refund.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Batteries included with this are dangerous. They got very, very hot quickly. Burned my finger removing them. Could have caused a fire if i had not noticed it getting too hot. Put new batteries in it and they dud not get bot and seems to be working ok
