Got it for Father's day from my daughter.  I  love it.  Easy to operate,  great smoking for that low and slow cooking. Only had one problem with the switch made call they sent me the replacement part in a few days Great customer service. Like a Cadillac of grills fills like I need to wash and wax after use so I can show it off when company comes over.

Absolutely love my new pellet/propane grill!  It's definitely a big boy but actually quite perfect for any small to medium sized family since it has two separate cooking sides.  I love to smoke my steaks on one side and reverse seer them on the other using the griddle attachment.  Perfection!

Awesome Grill!

From the concept to the design to the build quality I love this thing.  The other night I had to stop and realize I was smoking a pork butt for tomorrow and grilling chicken for tonight's fajitas at the same time. Love everything about the grill itself. Now the app? I like the concept, but due to the use of bluetooth vs wi-fi the range is poor so I might as well be standing in front of the grill which makes the app useless.

I was very weary after reading some reviews to buy this smoker/grill, but I am so happy we did! It took about 2 hours to assemble so be aware of that! I used the gas grill side first and it cooks so evenly! When starting the flame all you do is turn the knob slowly and it lights up on the first try its great. We used the smoker for the first time and after the inital 45 minute prime, we cooked some ribs for 6 hours and they turned out amazing! The smoke ring on the meat was perfect! Monitoring the temp from my phone was fantastic. It doesnt have a very far range for bluetooth. I highly recommend this product! Well worth the money!

Absolutely love it! Only thing I'd like to see is a smoke setting. 200°F is the lowest it will go.gas grill side works really well and I like that it has 3 burners so I can cook on one side and have the gas going on the other side.

Awesome unit- best of both worlds coming from a pit boss and charbroil. This thing is a beast, an absolute unit. I love the smoke, my wife loves the gas. I currently have a pit boss 800 and I love it; and why I bought the cuisinart and not the pit boss combo? For one this has the quick clean out, flip a plate, pull a rod and bam, you can empty your fire pot, no more getting your shop can greasy!!! This function is what sold me, no doubt. 2nd is the lights, I wasn't that impressed when looking at the box but wow, in real life I never knew how much I needed these! Trust me, if the lights don't excite you, just wait till you use them! The warranty on this unit destroys pit boss as well, no brainer there! I knocked it down a star because of the Bluetooth. I go inside and it disconnects so it dang near useless. The fact that the pellet sensor is faulty and constantly beeps is annoying but I know I will get a replacement sent so I just unplugged for the mean time. The screen is very large and easy to read, including prob sensors. The hopper holds a bag and a half which is good. My dad has the smaller pit boss and his is only 5 lb capacity, sort of a joke as it's not even the tailgater. The probe storage is ingenious if you ask me. I'm someone who has been using a pellet grill for almost 5 years and and this unit shores up almost every issue that I have including deflector plate thickness.The grill is robust, nice burners; and the added griddle is a plus. The tank holder is great to be honest, wasn't sure if I would like it but it's great, just shy of Weber's built in tank scale. 10/10 would buy again. I'm a real dude, I really bought this. Bought the cover but will be returning as I will be keeping inside. That is key to having a grill last 10  years.

Awesome unit- best if both worlds!

Grill works fantastic. Smoke is divine. Bluetooth and Monitoring app SUCKS! If you're more than 15 feet away from the grill it will not stay connected. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

Great grill app sucks.

I assembled and used mine 2 days ago. last night i discovered that the holes on the pannel that holds the griddle bent. This caused the entire structure to become unstable and it is at high risk of collapsing. I can't safely use it now.

Good grill, bad parts.

This item came severely damaged. The packaging was fine, but multiple pieces inside were damaged. They are obviously loading vent and damaged pieces at the manufacturer stage. While they did replace some of the pieces, we found out that they do not replace or warranty the main grill stand. We now have pieces that are bent and gnarly, but we are stuck with it.

This manufacturer is sending out damaged goods.

The base on this unit is extremely flimsy.  The stress from the weight of the dual grill units caused the left side panel (with the griddle holder) keyhole securement means to warp and bend and the panel fell off. This further destabilized the entire grill support structure. The cross strut on the opposite side, that is also used to secure the propane tank, also disengaged. 

I have attempted to engage the designated service personnel and have not received a replacement part after 2 weeks.

Flimsy undercarriage.
