    The texture is just like honey and it even looks like honey. My only problem is the taste.
    It taste more like sour apple candy mixed with honey.
    Honey is sweet. Sour is the opposite of sweet. So adding a sour apple taste to this honey replacement is a huge deal breaker for me because I wont be able to replace it in anything.

    The product itself is good but I was hoping for a closer supplement to honey.
    So what I would help this listing is to either don't market it as a honey replacement or contact your supplier and try to see if you can get rid of the sour taste.

    First of all, the bottle is MUCH bigger than I thought it would be. I was willing to pay $20 for this product regardless but once I saw the size I felt much happier about the value of my purchase. It will last a long time.

    The taste is good, definitely apple-y, maybe a little less like real honey than the "B Free Honee" product I used to buy (no longer available). Still, this is the best vegan honey substitute I have found that exists today.

    1:1 substitution for real honey or agave in recipes. Tastes great by itself, on tea, granola, or on a spoonful of peanut butter!
