this chair is better than one we have 3x its amount.

It glides well, reclines little but, is fairly sturdy. Don't like foamy cushion which is not very bum friendly and wish the ottoman came with it would have been somewhat smaller as i have seen other gliding sets which have much smaller ottomans so it takes less space. Overall good deal for price! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very comfortable. Great price. Only problem I faced is with delivery. There were lot of marks on the wood and I believe that is due to mishandling during delivery. Otherwise the product is very good.

Bought this for my mom. Very comfortable, lots of padding. I have a different one at home and honestly like this one better. Took what felt like a long time to ship though.

After assembly, we find out the ottoman doesn't include the foot rest step as picture...... bad review. Do they check all parts before ship?

loosing one part

I ended up returning this item. It came to me broken (a chunk was missing from the ottoman) and I felt it was cheaply made for the cost. In addition, the nursing part of the ottoman was difficult to slide in and out; it did not slide smoothly.  I was very disappointed with the quality of this item.

It came in time and but one of the arms had a broken zipper on the fabric and the quality was really cheap. We returned it to a Walmart store near us for our money back.

This chair is poorly made. The first time I sat in it, one of the wooden supports in the glider area under the chair cracked lengthwise dropping me towards the floor. Now I have a broken fully assembled chair I have to haul to a walmart store to return. Also the back section is only held to the chair with 2 small bolts so that would of probably caused issues with repeated use.
