About this property

This self-catering holiday home is in a fantastic location, overlooking Ballinskelligs bay, close to Ballinskelligs blue flag beach with spectacular views of mountains and sea. It is a traditional style house on a large site and has patio area, barbeque and garden furniture. The house itself has four bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and one full bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area. Upstairs there is a very large den, ideal for a play room for the children or somewhere to get away from it all. The beach, local shop and pub/restaurant are all just a ten minute walk away. Here, you can have plenty privacy, yet you are in the heart of everything

Great for families

We got a little lost. Apple Maps gives the wrong location for the Rose Cottage, but we called and got it straightened out quickly. Much better than staying in a chain hotel.

Awesome property exceeding our expectations

This property had nice rooms with a large open area with plenty of seating for our large group. There was also outdoor seating with a very nice view. There was a very large wreath of roses above the front door which look awesome as we drove up. The owner also sent us some detailed information of things to see and do in the area. We would definitely book this property if we ever visit this area again!
