Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle Gas Dryer with Steam

It is efficient and so quiet while it's running. It is easy to navigate and sings a nice song when it's finished

We have 3 people in my household, sometimes 5. We needed a dryer that could handle a family size load efficiently. This one does just that

Does everything it says! So easy to use as well and drys very quiet

User friendly, quiet, easy to install and dries all my towels in one load. I have the 5.3 cu washer and I can wash and dry 3 loads (with previous washer/dryer ) of towels in one load! Only negative is total wash/dry time 2 hours, but who cares, less loads!!

It's nice having a larger capacity dryer, and especially nice that the lint filter is inside the machine, not on top, keeps everything cleaner. That being said, it seems that everything takes longer to dry in this new machine than in my old whirlpool. I'm trying to figure out workarounds but have often ended up with things not being dried completely if a sensor setting is not selected. This is the most frustrating thing about this dryer. I even use wool dryer balls but often end up with slightly damp clothes/other items. It seems that the sensor settings work the best. I havent tested to see if the dryer stops before the allotted time if the clothes dry more quickly. But overall I'm happy with the purchase, have only had the pair about a month. Larger capacity is nice but again you have to be careful to not overfill.

When I bought our house, I did not expect to be replacing the dryer within 6 months. The dryer we had was not that old but we started having to run the clothes twice just to get them dry. Anyway, we came to Best Buy and found an excellent replacement. The dryer is slightly bigger inside and we found that we are doing less loads thus using less. There are settings for pretty much anything including the steam cycle. We have used the steam cycle plenty of times to take wrinkles out, etc. We have used the dryer for blankets and 2 quilts. I am amazed at how easy it drys them. The dryer is very easy to use and even has a freshen/clean cycle which works great. We have horses and my daughter uses the dryer weekly to dry the horse blankets and pads, etc. With ease. I would highly recommend this dryer to anyone with a mid size family.

This is my first dryer to have the steam feature. I have only used it a couple times so far and think it will be a valuable feature. The dryer has a good size capacity and works as expected.
