Works perfectly. Wish I'd thought of it before.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My 2016 iPhone 6s Plus has been a workhorse. But the battery, of late, won't recharge to more than 84 percent. On long bike rides, I use my wireless earbuds to listen to Pandora, my bike tracking app updates and - often - my Google lady telling me where to go. My battery died so often that I had a new one installed. $51 dollars later, someone suggested backup power. It works perfectly, Now I can do all that stuff - and even take time to antagonize Facebook friends on the road! I wish it had come with a case - but not to worry. I was able to repurpose my former iPhone case, as shown, and my Insignia power source is safe and sound.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used it for the first time this week on our family cruise. Charged it up fully before we left and it lasted the whole week charging multiple devices at random times for random amounts of time.

Excellent charger
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This particular charger is really good at charging, Insignia makes really reliable products. I have bought two because the first one was so helpful. There are two downsides. The LEDS that indicate charge level are really bright, so charging at night leaves a blue circle on my ceiling. The charging cord is kind of short as well.

Greaqt back up for cell phone!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this battery as a back up battery for my cell phone. Since, most phones batteries are now burned in and you are no longer able to have spare replaceable batteries. The biggest advantage is that this Insignia power source has 3 times the energy (10,000 mAh) than most phone batteries (3,000 mAh average rating). The transfer of power is fairly reasonable rate (remember if it is too fast it will harm your phone battery). Also, you are able to use standard USB cables to charge you devices. The disadvantage is that it won't be enough for your standard laptop (too much high rate of drain), maybe it will work on some tablets? For the price (deal of the day), it is fairly reasonable and so far it appears to be dependable. It is light, small and easy to carry around. I carry this with me everyday and it has been a life saver when my phone as almost empty. I do consider this a good buy specially for those who need to have extra power around.

All the power you need on the go.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product to have back up power throughout my extended day. I have an IPhone X and the battery is ok but I’m on my phone all day, networking, using a personal hotspot, photo editing and gaming. This portable charger lets me fully charge the phone approx 4x from 10%. Charges quickly as well. The price was worth the power. Get it. No regrets.

Great Value for a lot of Charge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased several of these for my family so we can always have some form of charge anywhere we go. They do take a while for the battery itself to charge but I recommend charging it over night or while you are sitting around the house so you don't have to worry about it. Once the power pack itself is charged you are good to go for several charges. I have the iPhone 7 plus and it charges it up rather quickly. I recommend this to anyone who tends to burn through some battery on their phone or mobile devices!

Works well, as advertised
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it on sale which made it easily the lowest priced 10,000mAH USB battery pack you can find. I have a new phone with a 3500mAH battery and it has no problem charging that at a reasonable speed - not slow. The fact that it can charge two devices at a time is great too. I think it's also pretty slim for 10,000mAH. I have one that's 4400mAH and it's much bulkier. The only negative I would mention is that to see the power left you need to look almost straight down in the four LED holes on the battery pack. It's not a big deal but I often find I need to pick it up and change the angle I'm looking at it to see what the power level is. I didn't feel this was a big enough deal to drop a star. I'm just glad it has four dots to show the power level and not less.

Q: QuestionI purchased this from BestBuy about 8 months back. Was working fine but now when I put the power bank for charging, only the first light blinks. Nothing when I put it to a phone or press the small round button on it. Can i replace the batteries inside?

Q: QuestionWhen a USB cable is already connected to the power bank, why do you need to press the power button to enable the power bank to start charging. I have owned several power banks and never had this issue before. This is most unsatisfactory.
Asked by Jonesey.
- A:Answer I am not sure why this happens but I think or guess it’s to prevent un planned discharge of the battery and conserve the life of it once charged ??

Q: QuestionHow long will it take to fully recharge the portable battery?
Asked by Tasha.
- A:Answer There are 4 blue dots which indicate the amount of charge in the battery. In my experience, each dot requires about 1 hour of charging; therefore, to fully charge the battery should take about 4 hours.

Q: QuestionBought this power bank about a year ago, the blue lights work while trying to charge the bank itself. When I push the button it will not turn on and when I connect a phone it wont charge. I rarely used this power bank.
Asked by Cjnation.
- A:Answer First did you fully charge the unit, not just a few (1-3) hours? A full charge usually takes a 12+ hours in the beginning for any power supply unit. It usually takes about a few charges to reach it's full strength. Next, check and see if your USB cable is working? Many times the fault is in the cable itself being worn on the metal connector ends. I have even seen new USB cables being defect. Try using a different cable. If All of these fail then may I suggest taking it back to the store for a new unit. There is a chance that it maybe defective or it died. Hopefully this will help you? God bless, tork49.
