We recommend sending your Christmas parcels as early as possible, and by the cut-off dates below, to help us get them there in time for Christmas Day. We’ll deliver items sent after these dates as quickly as we can, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.

$5 Standard Delivery
We deliver orders Australia wide using Australia Post's e-Parcel system. The postage cost is calculated by cubic weight and is charged at $5 for all orders. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days. Standard orders should be received within 10 working days from dispatch. Please note during busy sale periods we aim to dispatch your order within 4-6 working days, please bare with us! By placing an order with www.ergobaby.com.au you are agreeing to your parcel being left at a safe location at your postal address, should there be no one to receive your order. For best security, we recommended that our customers use a business address where possible.

Delivery to New Zealand
Postage and handling to New Zealand starts from AUD $20 and is via International AirMail which may take up to two weeks. At checkout, once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping cost will be displayed for you to select and confirm.
International Shipping
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
