Very nice property
Very convenient and pleasant appartment in the centre of Paris, in a quiet part of a very lively neighbourhood, with easy access to all the major areas of the city. Very helpful and pleasant property manager.

The Place to Stay
I cannot even begin to express how wonderful this place was. The checking in process was seamless, with Yves being super responsive and giving very clear instructions to follow. The place was very clean and looked even better than the pictures. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the morning! As for the location, it was perfect. Very close to a lot of great places to eat that were open late which was convenient for us. Plus everything we wanted to see was within a 5-25 minute bus/metro ride from the apartment. The neighbourhood felt super safe and the overall energy was lovely. If you get the chance, definitely book with them!

Overall it was a great stay, and we appreciated that Yves Andre was able to accommodate us on short notice. In our opinion one of the best neighborhoods to stay in while in Paris.

What a wonderful place
Location is perfect. The apartment was absolutely wonderful. So nice to have a balcony for an afternoon drink or breakfast, air conditioning and a spacious place. Such a pleasure finding things like an iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, etc. Wifi was excellent, bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and everything was very clean. I can't speak highly enough about this lovely apartment. Street had some noise but never long or often. As it's off the main street, it's a bonus. Check in was easy and very clear. I felt very safe in the area and I would stay here in a heartbeat. Many, many thanks Yves for your hospitality.
