Please check your order as soon as you receive it and message us if there are any issues within 5 day of delivery. We will prioritize and resolve the problem ASAP.

In all cases, a photograph is required for store credit or exchange, and in some cases we may ask you to return the item to us so that can we can provide proof to our manufacturer. If requested, damaged and incorrect items must be shipped back to us before store credit or item exchange can be issued. Once a balloon is inflated it is considered used and cannot be returned for any reason. If an item is thrown away by the buyer we are not able to process a return or exchange. Shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

HELIUM INSTRUCTIONS:

Helium filled balloons can float for up to 12 hours, however this is depending on how they are handled, transported & mostly importantly: weather. Helium is sensitive to temperature so avoid extreme heat & extreme cold. On a hot day your balloon may only float for 2-3 hours. Our recommendation is to inflate the balloon very close to the start time of your event. Please be aware of sharp objects, your balloon will pop.

AIR INSTRUCTIONS:
Blow up your balloon using a balloon pump or air compressor. The balloon can now be tied to a length of ribbon & hung. Please be aware of sharp objects, the balloon will pop.

The Australian government recently passed a new law that will go into effect 1st July 2018 that impacts some orders shipped to Etsy customers in Australia. The new law requires Etsy to collect goods and services tax (GST) on certain goods sold to Australian buyers from overseas up to the value of $1,000 AUD. Etsy will collect tax on these orders shipped to Australia. You might need to add additional information to the customs forms on these packages.
