My daughter is obsessed. She said she felt like a witch making a potion to create her own magical creature. She wants to do it again but they are a bit costly imo I looked at the refill pack stuff but it's just liquids there is no plushie option. I think it was worth buying to let her have the experience but they now have cheaper versions I think I'll just buy that if she does the potion stuff and no toys I know she will be disappointed.

Magical toy

You have to add water first. I didn't know and thought it was broken. You don't have to charge it the first time you play with it. This toy is 100% worth the price $59 I paid. But I wouldn't pay more. It's reusable. You can reset it buy more potions and do magic again.

Loved this toy! It's real magic

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It has a charger it comes with. when we got it the switch had been in create mode so all there was no power in it. We had to charge it and that was a little annoying. When we finally got it charged the cousins were over everyone crowed around to watch her make a potion. It has this misting effect to cover up how the mixie is revealed everyone was in awe and we had to do it a couple of times. All in all happy with our purchase the kids really enjoyed it.

Fun for all

My kids have asked for the toy for a while. i didn't want to get it because i thought it was a one time thing. But they can do the "reveal" many times. They can add their own ingredients and it canake the mist a bunch of times before running out. The mist smells odd but not to bad. Would recommend.

Pretty Cool

The toy is cool and cute however , when you have to set it up to start the magic you don't know if the doll is correctly placed in its place and it's a bummer when the toy doesn't flip. So it's a waste of joy , items and time when that happens . It would be cool if the toy was able to let you know when it's not correctly placed at least for the real price it costs . I'm glad I got it on sale because I knew it wouldn't be worth all the money they have had it for originally . Other than that bummer   The toy is cool and kids love it :)

Cool toy but….

I've seen a lot of complaints about it not working, but if you read the directions and do it correctly, it will work. My four-year-old daughter loves to do this over and over and over again. the ingredients you are given only work once but it will smoke multiple times. I got mine on sale so for the price it was worth buying.

Walmart

Items came in plain cardboard box packaging with only a battery sticker on them. Nothing to identify to the gift receiver (obviously a child) what they are getting inside the box. Makes it seem like a knock off and takes away from the thrill of opening it on Christmas morning. Won't use it for a few weeks yet, but I'm hoping this is the worst of the disappointment in this purchase.

Where's the marketed packaging?

This did not work. It all necessary noticed and clicks but did not fog at all in the end, nor did the magic mixie guy end up on top. Very disappointed for me and my granddaughter. 
It was fully charged (took 3 hours to charge) the picture is end result. A lot of money spend for no magic
