We bought this car seat as soon as it launched in the US. Our son had not fully outgrown his Keyfit but I knew we had to have the Nextfit b/c of the good experience with his first seat. This car seat is super easy to install. The launch system works well in our older model Accord and new CRV. I love the adjustable seat belts and the tilt technology that allows you to adjust as LO grows. My chief complaint is how dirty the seat gets and you can't remove the padding to clean. We manage through it by hand washing and letting it sun dry. Air travel with seat is tricky, so make sure you purchase a car seat dolly. Otherwise we are so happy with our purchase.

After buying a Chicco infant car seat, I knew I wanted to get the Chicco Nextfit CX Convertible car seat for my little boy. This car seat was very easy to install which was also one of my favorite things about the infant seat. The seat fits well in my husbands truck leaving enough room for the person sitting in the front seat. I like how soft the seat is and how much padding there is for my little guy. The one pull tightener makes loading very easy. He seems to enjoy his car rides in this Chicco seat.

Love Chicco products!

Just ordered our second one! We've had our first one for well over a year now. My son will be 3 in March and still rear-facing in this seat. Although it's super easy to install we decided we just wanted to have another one for my husbands vehicle. Super easy to tighten the straps, love the zip feature, super easy to clean and the shoulder strap covers really help for my son so he doesn't get scratched or a rubbed when we tighten the straps. LOVE THIS SEAT!

Love this seat!

I bought this car seat when it first came out when my grandson outgrew his keyfit. I don't understand all the complaints I now have 2 and have no issue tightening the straps. My grandchildren love the comfort of the car seat I love the safety. I've done my research and wouldn't buy any other brand!

The best car seat on the market

I've changed 3 set of car seats, and I finally found the best among the rest (at similar price range) I used to have for my baby, I sold the old seats and staying with NextFit for over 12 month now. You get much more feature, quality and built refinement at the price u pay for a NextFit. I like the ergonomic design and it fits my mazdaspeed properly regardless rear facing or forward facing, and the best part is, it supports isofix/latch system and seatbelt, and trust me it's really easy to install and remove, this allows me to switch over to any cars within my family have. highly recommended for those who want best of both worlds.

Best in Class

I bought my first born a Chicco Nexfit in 2014 when she was 7 months old. She has been rearfacing in it since and she is 3 years old. We absolutely love this seat, it's so easy to install and she says it's super comfy. She has long legs and fits super comfy as if it is a recliner in the rearfacing position. My carseat recently was defective bc the stirofoam head rest was popped off when I took it apart to wash it, my guess is from normal wear and tear and it's 3 years old. We are years passed the 1 year warranty , but Chicco Customer service was willing to make an exception and they are sending out a replacement seat. We are so thankful!! We just recently purchased a 2nd carseat for our 1 year old, and she loves it as well. We have a small 2001 grand prix and both Nexfit carseats fit rearfacing comfortably! Highly reccomend this seat!!

Great features and customer service!

We could not have asked for something better. Had purchased toddler car seats from different carriers, and not only were they hard to install but also did not have the comfort of easy reclinability as Chicco did. Very happy and bought a 2nd one for our other car as well.

Awesome cars seat !!!

I have had this seat since my daughter was 4 months old. Shes is now 2.5yrs old... It is kinda heavy, but i love how the seat hugs her.. There is car seat all around her.. She loves this seat.. She is still rear facing and she naps quiet often in this seat as it is so comfortable.. I have also be able to use it on my 6 day old grandson as well by just lowering the head piece and simply adding the infant padding.. Love love this seat!! I will be sad when she out grows this seat!! Big thumbs up to Chicco!!! Thank you for making this seat and helping me to keep my babies safe in the car!!! Ps buying one for the Grandson now...

I love this seat

I have had this seat for a little over a year now. This seat is much easier to install rear-facing; however, my children have not been avle to ride rear facing as long as I would have liked (they had to ride with bent knees). I do not like the design of the back of the seat, It makes it difficult to feed the seatbelt through for forward facing. The seat comes off easily, but the straps cannot be removed to wash. I am also  disappointed in the button to adjust the headrest; it is flimsy and I become irritated everytime I have to move the headrest (whether it’s for cleabing purposes or because my child grew). Additionally, I am not a huge fan of the double clicking chest strap. I do like the material, and my childreb seem comfortable.
