And they will deliver it in no time. Amazing.
And the best thing is the fact that you can return them anywhere in box.
Since I am using this app I don’t go to mall anymore or shopping on another site.
15 RON fast delivery option doesn’t work
I placed an order and selected the delivery time interval I wanted. Right after I submitted it, I checked my invoice in the app and the 15 RON delivery tax was there. But the following day when the order was supposed to arrive I checked the invoice again and the fast delivery tax was removed. My order was turned into a standard one. I had not been informed about this change and I had to call customer support. Of course, they were not able to deliver the products the same day even though I was still willing to pay for the delivery. Why include this fast delivery option when in reality it doesn’t work? And why do you change the delivery type without letting your customers know and make it look like they selected standard delivery themselves? If you’re having issues with your orders system, disable this option until you fix it. I wasted half a day waiting for my package to arrive. Hopefully, I will receive it when the lady from customer support rescheduled it.
Update: When I rescheduled the order I also asked for the delivery address to be changed and customer support confirmed this will be done, but the package was delivered at the old address.

Be very, very careful !!!
Until now I really had a very good opinion about this seller BUT things have shifted south drastically when I’ve discovered that they have the tendency to forget to refinance my account with the amount that I should have been - the value of the products that I have shipped back to them. I have to mention that this is the first time that I have discovered this problem - and this has happened because the amount is quite significant (approximately 600 lei which is something around 150€ )
I don’t want to accuse anyone but I really don’t know how is this possible or why, but every time when en error occurs is 100% in the client detriment… Really, really strange
