    Money well spent!!
Go to the cricut.com website to print the heating guide!!!I love this little machine. It works amazing and super easy! It is nice how small it is (9"×9"), even if I want to do a bigger project I just iron it in pieces and everything turns out nice!! I have had a lot of fun making some very nice shirts. You can use the cricut brand iron on vinyl or any other heat transfer vinyl (htv). This heat press preheats within a minute and the heat is adjustable to any setting. Also, there is a built it timer that can be easily adjusted. I recommend going onto the cricut.com website to print the heating guid for various materials or htv used. Money well spent!

After reading reviews, I was expecting the temperature to drop slightly while using the EasyPress, and I knew I would still have to apply some pressure when using it, therefore I was not disappointed when the product arrived. The temperature will dip when it's in use, but it typically goes back up pretty quickly. I love the size, even a couple inches bigger would be nice, but this is still SO MUCH better than using my regular home iron. If you make HTV shirts in bulk, I'd recommend getting a bigger heat press, but if you just make shirts here and there like I do, I'd recommend giving this EasyPress a try! I've made 4 shirts since I got it, and I really love it; I've been very pleased with the results. It heats up so quickly, I've even used it to get some wrinkles out of some fabric I was using to reupholster my dining room chairs. I needed something easy, lightweight and portable for shows & festivals, this was PERFECT . I have a full size press for my business (I screen/vinyl apparel and other items) but it is not convenient for shows, the Cricur Easy Press, however has held up in quality and use for everything I've used it for. The platen area is only 9x9 but easily moved around to accommodate larger projects; heats up way faster than my press and has alarms for when temp is reached/ time is done. Auto shut off when inactive for 10 minutes, which I love because often I am running between projects/orders. Comes with chart for time /temp for specific materials, also incredibly handy. Thumbs up Cricut; my favorite product you have made so far! I highly recommend for the Hobbyist as well as pro that needs a smaller, portable type press.

I have had a vinyl business for a few years now. I have a silhouette cameo. I ventured into custom shirts. I purchased a clamshell press locally but boy oh boy was that thing a dust clunker! It was a complete eyesore. And it was so heavy and big, I could never put it away! I had been looking for a different solution for a while. Then the cricut easy press came out!
I was definitely skeptical. I’m not an overly strong lady anymore since I lost a lot of muscle mass over the past 6 months of treatment. I really needed something I could put away when I had company over but most of all, light weight.
This checked all the boxes. I gave my clamshell away and ordered this. I figured I could always return it.
First thing: made and pressed a shirt for my husband. He was my test experiment!
He was to wear the shirt the next day to work - he is a research engineer and can wear graphic tees in the lab. I figured, if it can hold up to him at work we should be good. He came home, threw it in the wash on hot with the rest of his work clothes! THEN put it in the dryer.
Guess what? It still stayed and came back out looking just as it did before.
Now let me tell you, I had an $800 top of the line, name brand, clamshell press. It was a year old when I purchased it from a company going out of business. I had many instances where the vinyl would pull even after one cold wash. Yes, I used the right temp and Pressure every time. Just a fluke I figured.
So I made a few more for him. Asked him to do the same. He did for WEEKS. Yes, WEEKS we tried this little experiment.
It’s been 3 months and it still hasn’t come off.

This is a life saver. It’s light weight, it works, it can be put away, it’s all you need. I’m SO happy I took the plunge!

I even use it to quickly iron my sewing projects because its near to my sewing table and actually presses better than the little travel iron I used to use. I also have a regular heat press and they press the same to me. I've watched YouTube videos of people pressing one side with a regular heat press and one with the Easy Press and then washing them and the HTV stayed on both sides of the item so that is what made me finally buy the Easy Press and I'm glad I was able to catch it on a sale!

Rage handle makes it very easy to apply pressure and the heat proof base is really heatproof. My counter doesn’t even get warm directly below it at 350 degrees. Inhighly recommend this as an alternative to a large heat press. It even looks nice sitting out beside my explore air 2.

For what this item does I feel like it is very overpriced. if I had more space I would have gotten an inexpensive heat press that could also do baseball caps and cups for not much more money. However this works very well and I have no regrets. I do feel like I will need to upgrade to something that can do more surfaces unless Cricut comes out with some attachments to go with this.

If you are contemplating buying a heat press over using an iron; I would definitely recommend the heat press. At first I tried an iron but the vinyl was lifting after the first wash. Since I got the heat press I haven’t had any problems since. Not sure if the easy press 2 would make much of a difference but this one works just fine and I don’t even use it at the highest setting
