Perfect fit and comfortable from the first try on. I have worn them five times and they have been a joy each time. No blisters! The style is great. I feel like a real “rocker.” Lots of complements. The boots are fun, stylish, and comfortable, what more could you ask for?

Everybody's talking about these booties of mine at work. Love them. only thing is that they are a big snug - hard to get on and off and tight across the top/sides. You need a super thing footie or to go up a size if you have a wide foot.

Wow, the other reviews did not mislead me on these! I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I'm a true size 7, so that's what I ordered, and they fit perfectly. The gold is not too flashy, but a great statement piece.

As soon as these came out I wanted them, but they were a bit pricey. I received a gift card and took the plunge. MAN am I glad I did. The quality is first-rate, the gold is not too yellow, and is sort of glowy rather than shiny. The brogue detailing makes them unlike any other chelsea boots I own, and I do own a fair few pairs. :) I am a 5 1/2 - 6, and because I buy so many madewell shoes I got a six. I'm glad I did, because they were a bit narrow and a little hard to get on. That said, I walked around my living room in them for about 15 minutes, and other than being slightly stiff they were fine. I wore them to work the next day, and they were super comfy. For reference I am on my feet for about 75% of the day. I would say they run slightly narrow, but they stretch a bit after a short time are there are no pain points ANYwhere. These are fantastic, grab them while you can ladies, they really add a unique pop to any outfit.

Love the Oxford/Brogue detail on the Chelsea. The gold will work as a casual neutral or glam statement, depending on the mood or outfit. Easy to break in, comfortable all day. Get it, before it's gone...wearing tomorrow. ;)

These boots are perfect! I took a half size smaller than what I normally wear in Madewell boots. The color is bright and shiny but I can see them wearing down to the perfect worn gold. I will wear these for years to come!

I love these boots! I am so happy to have finally found a super cool looking boot with a low heel. Perfect with a variety of pant lengths and looks great with dresses. Super comfortable for walking around in all day!

I love this boot!!! Style and comfort are spot on. The fit is a bit narrow in comparison to other Madewell boots I own. My foot is narrow in the heel with a high arch. I found the boot comfortable and it fit my foot perfectly. I’m a size eight but tend to size up a half of a size in flat boots. So the 8.5 was perfect. I didn’t feel like I had too much room in my heel and I still had room for my toes.
