Just spray with cooking spray before adding food. The clean up is easy and crock can be added to dishwasher.

It is easy to clean. The crock comes out so you can stick in dishwasher.

Mine is very easy to clean. The food doesn't stick so you can just wipe it off with a soapy cloth or sponge or whatever you use when handwashing dishes. Its also dishwasher safe but I don't have a dishwasher and it's really not necessary as it cleans so easy by hand

This Hamilton beach set and forget slow cooker is amazing. We been using it for 2 weeks, and when I said used it I mean every other day, this Christmas Eve was used  again to cook some green beans and wow! everybody was amazed at how delicious they were. I will say I love how all the food gets cooked very well and keeps the food warm.
The three choices, probe, manual and automatic are very easy to use and depending on your needs you can use the one you need.
Setting the temperature is a breeze and the numbers are displayed in a very nice size easy to read.
Love the kid! Seals great with plastic on it, and the handles are so easy to grab, great grip.
The thermometer is a great addition compared to a regular slow cooker.
The spoon that came with is works really good, perfect to stir and also to serve.

I received this as a Christmas gift about 5 years ago and love it.  I bought a friend one for Christmas because she wanted a new crock pot and loved mine.  This past year i bought this for my daughter and she loves that it comes apart to clean and liners fit it very well.  It cooks great and it fits larger roasts better than others i have had previously.

Great slow cooker.

I had an older slow cooker with a simple knob for 3 settings. This slow cooker was such a huge change of pace. The ability to set it and forget it for the day is amazing! The temperature probe takes all of the guess work out and ensures that my meals are proper temperature. I have made pulled bbq chicken, chicken breast enchiladas, a whole (small) Turkey with stuffing, chili and much more. I have yet to be let down by this slow cooker. Stay or Go Slow Cooker

I have owned a few slow cookers over the years and this slow cooker is by far my favorite. There are several great features but my favorite is the temperature probe. It takes all the guesswork out of knowing when a whole chicken or roast is thoroughly cooked to your desired temperature. Simply set the probe temp and the unit will switch to warm when the selected temperature is reached. It is so easy and has given me added confidence, especially when cooking poultry. Another great feature is the intuitive control panel. It's simple to use and instructions are very easy to follow. All you really have to do is “Set & Forget.” This is also the first time I have ever had a slow cooker with a clip-tight locking lid and a gasket around the rim of the lid that provides a nice, tight seal. They have really thought of everything.

Excellent Slow Cooker with Outstanding Features!

One of the benefits of having a slowcooker is letting it do the cooking instead of me.  But I can't be away from it long unless I want my meal overcooked.  Having a busy lifestyle isn't always compatible with a slowcooker.  I have had my share of overcooked meals due to unexpected delays in my schedule.  Thanks to this slowcooker from Hamilton Beach I no longer have to worry.  I don't have to be home to turn it down to warm once the cooking is finished.  Now I can simply program it to cook the necessary time and it will automatically go to warm when completed.  If I am running late....no problem.  And no overcooked meal.

It is easy to use and it cooks thoroughly and evenly.  It is also easy to clean.  One of my favorite features are the clip latches for the lid.  Great for bringing it along for gatherings and outdoor picnics.  I highly recommend this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
