The photo of the back of the unit says 5V 1 Amp.

Hi, the Roku streaming devices use USB power, so 5vdc @ 2amps.  They come with an AC adapter, or you can use the USB cable to connect to the USB port of you HDTV (if your HDTV does not have any USB ports, the "service" port provides the proper power.

Roku's get their power via USB, which means 5 volts.

What is the VOLTAGE...they never tell you....Ridicolous

Works great, set up was easy. Now I don't have to pay Comcast every month for a box for the TV in my kitchen. That's $6.99 a month less they're not getting from me!! Even better, I now I get all the channels I get on my main Comcast box in the living room plus lots of other streaming apps.

This works amazing. It makes your ordinary tv look just like a smart tv. Its really easy to setup using your phone and you dont have to put credit card information or anything like that in. I would suggest buying it if you want a smart tv but your on a budget.

This is the best Roku ever,I have used it every day since I purchased it. It's fast loading and money  saving.  You will not be disappointed with the voice search and the the one remote for everything, it so convenient and it's worth the money. I give it 10 stars. You will be well pleased with this Roku.

Fast and reliable streaming.  I have Comcast cable, but not every room in my 30 year old house1 is wired for cable.  This is the perfect alternative for an office space or spare bedroom to stream my subscriptions: Comcast, Netflix and Amazon Prime.  Easy set up and navigation.  Also the remote can be set to work power and volume on your TV.  This is my second Roku device. I have a streaming stick for a TV on my screened in porch.  I tried Amazon Firestick (mainly due to my Prime membership) but I needed up returning it; Roku blows the Firestick away.  Highly recommend Roku to anyone who needs a streaming device.

We are very happy with this purchase. We have an older Roku and this new model is a big improvement.  It attaches to the underside of the TV and has a very functional remote control.

Excellent Little Device

I love my roku express +! It is an awesome/affordable streaming device. I debated for weeks if I should invest on the firestick or appletv or this and roku won. I had family that had either or and I tested out both products. This works with my older Vizio TV and I can work both the roku and tv with my remote. I have my hulu, philo, id go and netflix all in one place.

Great Roku!

Arrived quickly. The remote wouldn't pair to the TV initially because the batteries it came with were low. I like being able to control the volume with the remote.  My TV hangs on the wall. The HDMI cord on the roku box is short, so it was just hanging. However, you get a double sided sticker to stick the roku  box to the TV.

Roku Express

I like that I can now turn the TV on and off and adjust the volume with one remote, but was hoping that it would change the channel within YouTube TV, but it only changes channels from one app to another within ROKU.  Oh well, still like having ROKU so we can have YouTube TV instead of cable or satellite.  Would get one of the  regular Roku  devices next time I need one and save the $10.

New remote system - sort of worth it.
