On shopping for Palo Santo, it was important for me to narrow down to companies that assured sustainability. Then, it was about feeling confident about getting real Palo Santo wood. Many reviews on most companies would complain that the wood was not real. This is.
These sticks behave properly when burned with white, mildly fragrant smoke. These have a subtler scent than the last sticks I had from elsewhere, but there's going be variability. I would have no problem buying from this company again. It is a good value for the real thing.

Sustainably Wild Harvested Palo Santo
From Ecuador
The magic of Palo Santo is in the alchemical process that happens after the death of a limb or a tree. The Palo Santo trees live for 80 to 90 years. After this death the tree must remain in its natural habitat for 4 to 10 years to complete its metamorphosis.
- Pleasing citrus aroma with underlying notes of frankincense
- 100% natural with zero additives

Light with a candle, lighter, or match and use with a heatproof dish.
Apply the flame while holding the stick at a 45 degree angle.
Let the stick burn for 10-30 seconds to get a glowing ember. Carefully shake or blow out the flame.
