They work great with using my cell phone they are so clear its just awesome how it cancels out the outside noises. I was really pleased when I used them as headphones to listen to music it was very pleasant and all I could hear was the music playing no outside noises around me. When you don't have music on or you are not on the phone, just wearing the earphones for peace and quiet is amazing. I could not hear a thing they are really cushioned well. Now what really impressed me is when my husband tried them on, he is retired now but he was a welder for many years. And when he put them on I done thought I lost them. He really likes them. When I first received it I did not realize that it was also a headset. I ordered it as ear muffs particularly due to the focus on noise cancelling. To my surprise, it wa able to connect to my MacBook and iPhone seamlessly. The audio quality is great, plus the soft padding and construction of the headset makes it perfect when it comes to noise cancelling and keeping sound out. While transcribing some documents, this was a go to part of my routine. I can be in my living room with my tv on and my dog barking right beside me and I can't hear either one of them. The stereo sound is fantastic. Press the button on the headset (about three seconds, until the Lady voice say's "Power On, Battery ?." After she says "Battery", she will state if it is high, medium or low. It is very easy to connect it to your bluetooth device (phone/MP3 player). I wore them while using the snow blower and was able to enjoy relaxing music while clearing the snow. I wore them inside during a noisy windstorm and was able to hear phone calls clearly. They really do protect you from the outside noises and help you to be able to concentrate on the work at hand. I would recommend these to anyone who does work in a noisy environment.

I used them in blue tooth configuration and just as straight hearing protection and found the item to provide very good protection as well as excellent head phones for music. The padding that is fitted around the ears is especially comfortable to me. There are some caveats, however; in that the product is a bit on the heavy side and they do induce sweating. It is not noticeable at first, but as time passes, your ears start warming up and sweating. Additionally, you start to notice the weight more and more. Now the battery is dead and I cannot charge them. I would recommend you look elsewhere. Great while they lasted, but under my light use they quit way too early to get a decent review.

I use these on a regular basis, i use them when mowing the lawn, when running a chainsaw cutting fire wood, at work as a mechanic and while shooting targets in the yard. When i first got them they were alittle tight for my ears but they have gotten better with use. I think I found it with the 3M WorkTunes headset. It was easy to connect via bluetooth with my iPhone and the audio quality is excellent for listening to music as well as talking on the phone. Each ear cup covers the entire ear and it fits snug to my head. I have a large head, and the adjustable features of the headset allowed it to expand and swivel to fit my head and ears just right. Since it is the middle of winter, I have not had a chance to really test it out as I cut my grass, but just wearing them around the house they seem to do a good job of blocking out noise. I can also see using these for when I go target shooting.
