BAYSIDE IN CONCERT:
When it comes to high-energy punk rock shows, nobody puts Bayside in a corner. A longtime Vans Warped Tour staple, these guys have consistently proven to be one of the festival's wildest acts, thrilling fans year after year with their precision and showmanship. At this point Bayside is nothing if not a well-oiled machine, and they'll be firing on all cylinders once again on the 2014 Vans Warped Tour.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Formed in Queens in 2000, Bayside took their name from a train station they passed one night en route to a New Found Glory show. After several demo and EP releases in the early '00s, the band signed with Victory Records for their 2004 full-length debut Sirens and Condolences, a hard-charging slice of melodic punk rock that established them as a pop-punk force to be reckoned with. Their self-titled sophomore album came a year later, followed by The Walking Wounded in 2007 and Shudder in 2008. Hot on the heels of the early-2014 release of their sixth album Cult, Bayside hit the road once again for a string of tour dates with Alkaline Trio and another stint on the Vans Warped Tour.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"Bayside totally rocked. I forget how amazing they are live until I see them again. Jack's energy while playing is just insane."
"Bayside blew me away; they are all so musically talented and really have great stage presence."
"When Bayside came on stage the crowd went nuts, almost every person in the room was singing along with the whole setlist."
I’ve seen Bayside 5 times now. I loved them at this venue. Great show all three bands.
Venue wasn’t huge, which I personally loved. The entire experience felt more personal and up close. Crowd was amazing, bayside fans are the most genuine and nice people you’ll ever meet.
Bayside is absolutely perfect live they sound exactly like they do on their records. The Paramount could get it together with sound on the other hand. Most of the time we felt like the instruments over powered the lead singers voice.
Drove 1400 miles one way for this show beyond worth it. Bayside is a cult. 💜🤌🏻
Bayside was awesome and gave an absolutely stellar performance!
I've seen Bayside at least 10 times live since 2008. They always put on an amazing show and bring along great opening bands. I love that they play a mix of everything they've released - from 20 years ago to 2 months ago. Bogart's is the perfect size venue where there's not a bad place to be.
The bands were great! The venue, not so much. Visibility is next to impossible to view the entire stag. Seemed that they over sold tickets.
I seen bayside after 18 years from my show and they were every bit of amazing! The best concerts are always at saint andrews hall!
Exactly like I said in the title, you can’t go wrong with Bayside. They give a 10/10 show every single time (and believe me, I’ve seen them a ton!)
Such an awesome show! Really loved the opener Koyo! They really surprised me based on the few songs i had listened to prior to the show. I Am The Avalanche was also so good! I had never seen them live but have been a fan for a long time! They played my favorites! Bayside of course never disappoints! They're set list covered the bases (hitting a song from almost every album) in my opinion! The show was entertaining overall! Crowd energy was also amazing!
