Dimensions are misleading

Given dimensions (10.75x5x3.5) are misleading and incorrect. Dimensions are for outside of pan are actually 10.75x5x3. These dimensions suggest pan would be roughly equivalent to a standard 9x5x3 loaf pan (8 cups volume). Unfortunately dimensions are given for the outside of the pan and not the interior which is typically how baking pan dimensions are given. To be fair, the product description does say its a 1.5qt pan but its confusing because of the exterior dimensions given. Suggest you provide clarity in the product description so people can reconcile the dimensions to the volume capacity you list ... and also list the depth of the pan correctly.

Love, love, love.

After much research, I decided on the Le Creuset loaf pan even though it was the most expensive and I am an old person and probably won't get a lot of years worth out of it. According to my researched reviews, all the other pans eventually either rusted or their non stick surface peeled off. So far I have only made a pumpkin bread with almond and cassava flours and a meat loaf. Coconut oil was used to grease the pan for the bread and it fell right out. The pan cleaned up easily after both items. I don't use an automatic dishwasher. So far I love this pan. Thank you Le Creuset.

NOT non-stick at ALL.

I bought two of these for baking bread because all the reviews say it's non-stick, and the product is described as "practically non-stick", and we bake a lot and were looking for something nicer than our usual metal tins. My husband tried it first with his European style bread, and despite greasing the pan, the bread stuck so badly that the only way to release the loaf was to pull it nearly in half, the whole bottom stuck and ripped away. I thought maybe he hadn't used enough butter to grease it, so i tried it with my buckwheat bread that usually works fine in the metal tin, i used coconut oil to grease it as usual, and my bread stuck badly as well. Not quite as bad as his but it still pulled apart in places and was hugely disappointing.

Arrived Damaged!!

I was looking forward to using the loaf pan when it arrived, however I knew immediately that something was terribly wrong when I heard the box make a noise as if something had been broken. Low and behold, this along with another item had arrived damaged. The handle had broken off into little pieces in the box. Reached out to Customer Service but have yet to hear back on a refund or order replacement.

Not as advertised!

This is a nice loaf pan, but not as advertised. The specs online are 10 3/4 x 5 x 3 1/2 with a 10yr warranty. When the item arrived it was 9 x 5 x 3 with a 5yr warranty. I was disappointed because it did not match the size or quality of the LeCreuset loaf pan I currently own. This item is still nicer than the competition, but not what it was in the past. I would recommend this item if you know what you are getting... just don't expect something different.

Never buy from this website!

The item arrived broken. I tried contacting Customer Service. I was on hold for a few hours, and when it was my turn, the line was cut off! I contacted them by email for a refund and it took more than a month to get it, and a number of emails. It was a nightmare! I will never buy from this website again. Bad customer service can destroy a company's reputation. If you want Le Creuset products, buy from a retailer, not at this website. You've been warned!

Our Toaster Oven go-to!

We use this little loaf pan almost daily in our toaster oven -- gets food hotter than a microwave. Reheating chinese food, scampi, chicken casserole, salmon, shepherds pie, penne al vodka, cooking chicken thighs and rice for two ... endless. Spray with Dawn Powerwash, let sit with hot water for a while cleans up like a star!

Heritage Loaf Pan

Baking breads and desserts - always turns out perfect - we call this the goldilocks pan - baked items are cooked evenly and remove easily from the pan. Since we gift desserts....it was essential that they look good as well as taste good.. we have ordered multiple pans and have never been disappointed.
