LikedGood location, a minute walk to the sea, the tram line stops in front and takes you to the center and the airport - both are 20 min from the hotel. Lovely bakery across the street. We were accommodated according to the request in a sea view room, which the reception presented that we were lucky because there was only one room left, that is as they did not take the request seriously. We asked for a second duvet and they were quick to provide it. Clean room.

DislikedInitially, our booking was for one night non-refundable. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away and we had to postpone the trip to other dates. I asked to change the date and was categorically refused by the hotel. They didn’t offer any option for rescheduling the reservation. Booking customer support helped and changed the date of the reservation to a month later without paying extra. This change was accepted by the hotel but it looks like later they changed their mind and started writing rude messages to me in the Booking message box section, that they did me a favor, also my reservation is not valid regardless, that it was moved from Booking customer support, and that they did not agree to the change made by the Booking CS (which is not true obviously as the customer support won’t be able to made the change without the confirmation by the hotel side), because in one month the price per night will be higher. Furthermore, according to our rescheduled travel plan and new flights, we had to stay 2 nights, not one night as originally planned. In this regard, I asked the hotel for one more night, which they asked me to request by email and not go through Booking. I did it. The hotel added to the reservation made through Booking an additional fee for the first night due to moving it to a month ahead, which I confirmed and paid, and we paid the second night requested by email at the reception. Overall, their attitude was rude, including upon arrival at the hotel, they emphasized several times that we had the problematic reservation. The conditions in the room are quite budget, there is no phone to contact the reception, no refrigerator, there is only one chair in a room for two, no face towels. Be prepared that there is no flexibility regarding accommodation.

LikedFriendly staff. Breakfast was good. Clean and modern. Tram right outside that takes you to the centre and the other way to the airport. 1 minute walk to the beach.
