Amazing overall

I LOVE this bot! I was not sure what brand to go with but am so happy I chose DeeBot. It is slim enough to fit under my low couch and plant stands, but never knocks anything over. I only have to vacuum my floors once a month now just for the areas the DeeBot cannot reach. Also, the customer service is incredible. My dog is getting older and had an accident for the first time in years, and the DeeBot was set to run everyday at noon. You can guess what happened, thankfully it decided to go into the bathroom and turn off instead of smearing the mess any further. I has not able to clean it, and contacted customer service to see if I could send it in to be deep cleaned. They instead had me send it back and sent me a brand new one!! I was shocked, and this has absolutely made me a lifetime customer. I always suggest DeeBot to my friends and always will. Wonderful company! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Quiet enough that it does not scare my dog.

I love how I can run it automatically or I can use the app and run it manually.  I also love that I can connect it to my Google home for voice activation. Does a great job

I'd been meaning to get a robotic vacuum for a while and my husband bought me the Deebot N79 for Christmas after doing some research on Wirecutter. I've been so happy with the N79. We got this model to try out a robotic vacuum and see if we liked it before moving on to more expensive models. However, after having it for several months, I'm very pleased with the N79. At times, since it doesn't map out our apartment, it can miss some spots, but that's easily remedied with either moving it with the included remote control or via the app. Our apartment is approximately 1000 sqft and it's easily able to clean the whole apartment on one charge. I empty it every 1-2 weeks (no pets, no kids, mostly just picking up dust), but I'm pretty sure it could go even longer between cleaning it out and still pick up everything is supposed to. Dependable Robotic Vacuum

After researching on internet I found Deebot. Read the reviews and decided it was the best choice. I received it and renamed it "La Diva". I was so exited. My floors are cleaner than ever and pet hair is no longer all over the place. It's easy to clean and most important, no loud noise. No loud noise, easy to clean

We recently got a dog and was getting tired of vacuuming our house daily, so we decided to buy a programmable vacuum that can do the job for us. We were amazed on how much dirt and debris this vacuum picked up.  The battery life is excellent.  Runs for about 90 mins and will return to its docking station once the battery is low. What's great is that I can control with an app from my iPhone everywhere I go.  Definitely recommended at half the cost of a Roomba. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Good Floor Vaccuam

I'm a total clean freak and spend my days making sure my house is spotless. But I'm getting older and it's getting harder to keep up with the dog and cat (and husband) and all their messes. The Deebot has been such a big help. We just moved into a new house and are renovating it so the baseboards are not installed yet and sanding and painting are in full swing so there's a lot of added dust right now. With dark floors it's difficult to stay on top of. It keeps up with all the little stuff I just can't, and even some of the bigger stuff. It transitions from carpet to floor very easily. It's gets under the bed and dressers and even maneuvers between the dining table chairs with ease. My husband is learning to pick up his nose cones and ear plugs off the floor in the mornings or find them swept up lol. Thanks Deebot for getting him to do something I've spent years trying to do! When I go visit the grandchildren out of state he even uses the Deebot to keep the house clean for me. What a blessing! It's an attractive device and fits nicely into our home with minimal maintenance. It's even “manly” enough for my husband lol. I'm really enjoying its assistance every day. Does what it says it does!

I wanted to see how far Robert vacuums had gotten since the early days and I was blown away with this unit. It sorta wanders around at random on our 1500 ft first floor until it gets low on battery and returns to the base of gets really stuck. 

I spent the first week fixing where it gets stuck note it finishes about 75% of the time and the rest of the time usually has a nearly full bin.

I have a mixture of carpet and hardwood and it transitions well between rooms. It does a good enough job daily that I can walk on my hardwood and not pick up crumbs and cat hair with my feet.

 I have 3 cats. Every day the bin is full of cat hair and I didn't have to do anything... Great. 30% of cats fight the deebot. It sounds cute and really is until you realize the Bot may not make it back to the charger because your cat keeps swatting it in the front,  which makes it turn.

I use the Android app. You have to make an account and connect the vacuum to WiFi. The setup was easy and the app works well.  You can schedule it to run at the same time every day or create multiple schedules. It would be nice if I could connect to Google home or Alexa. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great first vac

It always gets stuck under my coffee table. It has a cross underneath as the legs that are about an inch high off the rug. I have to place a box or something to make sure the robot doesn't go under the coffee table. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
