This Tablet / laptop is very good. Bought this for my 8 year old for Christmas. She uses it for school work. She loves it! Doing good so far. No complaints at all. Way better than the expensive "name brands"!

A great deal worth way more than what i paid for!

Great conditions. It came with office 365 for 1yr. I'm very satisfied

It's a solid 2 in 1.  Everything came as described, very quick for an Atom based unit.   Love the fact there is an empty slot available for more memory. 2gb is a tad low, but for the price, you cant beat it  this is week 1 of owning this and could not be happier.

Cant beat it for the price!

It works great just started uaing it and setting it up. The only problem is I can't seem to find the product key it asks for in the activation of the Office 356. The rest of the computer and shipping is great specially dor the price.

Works fine but...

Got for my daughter for Christmas. Seems like a decent computer for the price. Keys on the keyboard are a bit wobbly. Having same problems as others with the Office 365 software. Been round and round with Microsoft for setup and can not get it to work.  Frustrating because that is why we chose this model. Would hate to return but will if it doesnt work.

Slow but good price

This item looks beautiful, I loved the pen but it's not worth 2 cents. I could not use the tablet because the first update took up all the space therefore you would need a USB storage to do anything.

Need improvement

I like the style of the tablet and the fact it gives you 1 year of office 365.  But that all go out the hill ave when you can't  download the year or when the replacement keep shutting off. There's to many problems with it

Just look nice

I bought this 2 in 1 tablet  because of the low price and it came with a 1 year suscription of Office 365 Personal.    Also as a secondary tablet to keep at another location other than my home so I don't have to travel with a tablet.  It's heavier than I expected, so I'm glad I don't need to carry it around..  There was no weight listed on the online specs . 
The tablet is nice looking and works well.  The keyboard is a nice size.  The page up and down keys are wobbly and seem like they'll break soon.    The screen colors are bright and sharp.  The camera images are fuzzy.  The memory is low, so I added an SD card.  The processor is relatively fast for my needs. 
I would have been happy with the tablet to use at home only (not for travel) except that it didn't come with the 1 year subscription of Office 365 Personal like it was supposed to.  The tablet keeps recognizing my old subscription that has expired, and keeps asking me to pay to renew my old subscription. It didn't recognize the digital Office license that was supposed to be loaded on the new tablet.   I contacted Direct-Tek, Microsoft and Walmart.  All have suggested that I exchange it for another one. .  It's taken several days to manage this because Microsoft support is extremely slow in getting back to me since the case had to be escalated to a “level 2 team.”  I don't want to exchange it and find out I have the same problem on the next tablet.  I would have the hassle of cleaning this hard drive of all my personal info which I'm not sure how to do, and not sure if Direct Tek or Microsoft can help me with this.  I asked Direct Tek and Walmart if they can send me an Office product license key, but they said no.  I might ask if they'll refund me the $69.99 cost of renewing my Office subscription.  Hopefully this can be resolved without an exchange.  Microsoft is calling me back later today for follow-up, which I appreciate.

Didn't come with Office 365 one year subscription

Why is this Direkt-Tek different from the other 11.6" they offer? Both look the same, use the same Windows OS, and have the same size screen. This one is currently priced at $179 and the other is currently listed at $216. Why the price difference? Different RAM or storage? What's the weight? The lack of specs is very frustrating
