Besides the name (phrase, date, etc.), please do not forget to include such details as: Title Case, ALL CAPS or all lowercase, blackened letters, if they are applicable for this order. So please check the Listing Details where we specify all info needed to personalize the item.

The best way to know the size: to use a thread to mark where you would like your necklace to hang around the neck (or around the wrist to mark how loose you'd like your bracelet to fit) and measure it on a ruler.
If you are still not sure, leave note 'Adjustable chain' when check out and we will add an adjustable chain part to your item: 2 inches to necklace and 1 inch to bracelet.

Usually we send in Tuesday and Friday from Poland. Our turnaround time is 1-3 days and depends on when the order was placed.

In November-December: the delivery term may be longer (for Priority Mail +5-15 days from expected, for expedited shipping +2-3 days) as the international postal volume is increasing due to the holiday shopping.

Almost all our jewelry are gold plated or rhodium plated (for silver tone jewelry) over brass.

- To maintain your jewelry, try to avoid external influences (water, detergents, during sleep, in sporting activities, sauna, avoid scratching, etc)
- After use, store your items in the jewelry box away from sunlight
- Polishing with a soft velvet cloth
- Do not clean abrasives and chemical compositions

Some countries (ex. Canada, Japan, India, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, UAE) may apply customs duty and/or import VAT on goods purchased from the European Union, and the amount of customs duty and import VAT to be paid will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in the buyer having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: I cannot send an order without specifying the cost of the order on the package to the countries* outside the European Union (EU). This is due to the rules for collecting VAT on orders outside of the EU. I am a registered entrepreneur in Poland and must act in accordance with EU tax laws. Thanks to this, I do not add the VAT 23% to your order and you do not pay extra more.
Expedited Shipping: If you upgrade the shipping to Expedited option (Fedex), the package may be shipped without any price information on the package as Fedex have all information about your package in digital and the recipient will not see this data.
