by CN on 10/26/23The Bellwether - Los Angeles

Just amazing! Seen him 6 times now and I can't seem to get enough. This band is so tight now. Can't wait until 2024 when they rock n roll back into town.

    M.Campbell & The Dirty Knobs Delivered 200%!

by Merrymagic on 10/24/23The Bellwether - Los Angeles

The October 20th, 2023 Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs at the Bellwether was a show not to be missed. The new members in the Dirty Knobs have catapulted this band to a Super Rock Band status! Of course the night was special given it would have been Tom Petty's 67th birthday and Mike and the Dirty Knobs honored Tom Petty with a special set of Heartbreaker favorites. However, it wasn't just the fact that we felt Mike's ole friend Tom's presence at the concert which made it so special. It was that Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs are now what I would say is a GREAT FRIGGEN BAND! This was also the first time I had been at The Bellwether. It had the feel of a cozy club, not too big, but yet, big enough to create a serious concert stop for the band. I cannot wait for Mike & The Knobs 3rd album to be released in January 2024 for another chance to see them in concert!

Outstanding music in a great venue.

by Pete L on 10/24/23The Bellwether - Los Angeles

I have seen the Knobs a couple of time prior. They are a great show and should be more known and playing larger venues. They are every bit as tight as the Heartbreakers and rock harder with better, more pronounced guitar. Mike Campbell has always stood out as one of the greatest musicians of his time, a virtuoso frankly, making his guitar work fit the song being played, instead of waiting for the solo guitar time to stand out. The Knobs set list for this show was cut down a bit to make room for the Tom Petty set to celebrate Petty's birthday. It was a great show lasting almost 4 hours including the opening act by Lissie, who was also very good, and joined the Knobs on stage in the Petty set. All in all, the show was spectacular and if you haven't seen Mike Campbell and the Dirty Knobs, you should! Mike Campbell and the Dirty Knobs are always a great show, with great songs, and the rock the house! Mike is engaged with the audience in an entertaining and humorous way. It's clear that Mike chose to be second fiddle to TP because he is as big a star with a similar humble demeanor which endears him to the audience. And while I love Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers and appreciate the song writing, Mike Campbell contributed significantly to the songs and the Heartbreakers success.

    Great, great and great!

by Michele on 10/24/23The Bellwether - Los Angeles

You can’t go wrong with one of the best rock n roll guitarist of all time. Throw in an outstanding drummer, awesome bass player and a second guitar that is so perfectly in tune with lead guitar and you watch magic happen right before your eyes. Mike and the Dirty Knobs put on a hell of s show. The venue is new and small with great sound. Parking was easy and the added luxury lounge experience is just was I was hoping for.

    Always a Fantastic Show

by Ringo's Mom on 10/24/23The Bellwether - Los Angeles

We love the band but this show was exceptional! First half were Dirty Knobs songs, second half was Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - what a treat! A great way to honor Tom's birthday. The venue was fantastic too - great acoustics, layout, raised stage, lighting, food, drink options, no lines for the bathroom. Such a wonderful evening!

    Magical Night Of Great Music

by JD on 10/23/23The Bellwether - Los Angeles

Mike Campbell and his band are amazing. I was already exceptional pleased with the first 1.5 hours of his Dirty Knobs band material. Good, fun, Rock N Roll. Then a short break and in honor of Tom Petty's birthday they played another hour plus of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers material. Best part of it was the set consist of hits and songs I never heard Petty play live. Thank you MC and The Dirty Knobs.

    EPIC!

by jr on 10/23/23The Bellwether - Los Angeles

From the opening note, it was apparent that we were in for a magical night. Mike, Steve, Chris, and Lance are as cohesive as I've ever seen a band. Since it was Tom Petty's birthday, Mike told us that we were in for a special treat, and we sure were! The first set was all Dirty Knobs songs, and they were awesome. The second set was all Heartbreakers songs, and they were also awesome. I'm so grateful that I decided to make the trip to LA for this very special show. It was a magical Rock & Roll show that I will always remember. If you have a chance to see them, GO!

    Hard Tickets

by MUDPUPBALL on 10/23/23The Bellwether - Los Angeles

I will tell you that I am old school. We love collecting ticket stubs for our collection of concerts. Hell I am paying over $15.00 for the privilege to use Ticketmaster. At least we should have the option to get a hard copy ticket. Not every thing in life is all about MONEY, think about the small guys. It will never happen but one can wish…..🧞‍♂️🧞‍♂️
