    I'm the founder of a non profit working to build a children's museum. We had our first ever board retreat yesterday and I used these cards to build "connection before content" as Chad is always talking about. In short, everyone loved using the cards. There were smiles all around and people commented about how great the cards were to use. The photo shows what part of the table we were working on looked like. If I've learned something on the journey to build a children's museum it's that play is really important for all ages. These cards are a playful way to make genuine connections. My board and staff span the decades with some in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s. It was a fantastic way to kick off the day together. Highly recommended. I also bought one of Chad's books. I wish I just would have bought the whole toolkit in the first place.
