Great Chromebook - Still Outperfoms

I purchased a Feel Squad certified 128GB model. The device was basically brand new, it arrived in what appeared to be original packaging. I'm a pretty heavy Chromebook, doing well over 90% of my daily business and personal surfing on it. I have yet to have ab issue with performance. I can have well over 20 tabs open across multiple windows without an issue.
I don't use the touchscreen often but when I do it's responsive. The size is nice, though I wish it were a tad wider, the screen is a little square for me but it's still a good size with great resolution.
I also like that it plays well with my Google Pixel 3 and the built on Google assistant. Though there are newer chromo out there, this is still the best in my opinion.

I had been eyeing the Pixelbook after performing my due diligence. I am a google certified trainer and a have been a Chromebook user for years. I got a refurbished one and have had nothing but love for this Chromebook. The keyboard is comfy and the screen size is ideal. I did buy a hub for all of my connections - USB, memory card, mouse and VGA monitor. I have not acquired a pen yet, but will eventually. The illuminated keyboard is so nice when working in the dim light. It is fast and can handle multiple tabs and tasks. The size and weight are sweet. I have forgotten how fast I can work with a device that can actually keep up with me. This is well worth the refurbished price.

I do have one complaint, which I will get to last, but I'm just about to lay some praise so I wanted to say, please read entirely. I have only had my Pixelbook for 1 week but let me tell you I haven't been this excited since I switched from the iPhone to the Samsung S9 (read: Android). I was a career PC guy, Excel being main use of computer. Public accounting world. I know run my own advisory practice with a lean, sleek approach to everything and I want to say the Pixelbook is amazing. It's so intuitive. I bought the pen 2 days after I received the book because I could see the value. Yesterday I bought a second monitor by GeChic 1101H. And a USB C Hub with HDMI. And a mouse to build around the Pixelbook. I was NOT going to commit to this right away but I've been so happy that I am adapting all my hardware AROUND the Pixelbook. That being said, there has been some crackling with my speakers and I have only had this item for two weeks so the timeframe is VERY short. In conclusion, get a Pixelbook asap if intuitive and streamlined design and operation is important to you.

I returned it because it wasn't right for my use. But this is a powerful very capable chromebook. Almost replaced my laptop and tablet combo.
It is definitely clunky in tablet mode though. With your hands wrapped around the keyboard in the back and it's heavy weight.

Hardware no doubt great. But OS is very difficult as I switched from MacBook. I just do not understand why 128 GB local storage when I can not save files in root or local storage? May be I do not know how to?

Let's be honest. Chromebooks can take care of 95% of what the average user needs with a "laptop". The Pixelbook is overkill for most, but it's by far the best on the market. Great battery life. Great size. Fast!

This deserves a big fat 0 stars!!! Best Buy not only sent me 1 but 2 broken Pixelbooks... a complete joke that they call this stuff “refurbished” 1st one wouldn’t even power on and keyboard just sit and flickered non stop, next one would turn on but would power off and on by itself several times. Do yourself and favor and buy a brand new one. I have purchased from Bose lots of refurb items and never ever had a issues after years but I would not date buy another thing from Best Buy that’s refurbished... they need major quality control bc someone is taking this stuff not fixing it and putting it in a box to ship to some poor person thinking they are getting something fixed!!! A true pain in my butt having to deal with all this and returning them. There’s my feedback bestbuy, if I were y’all I def wouldn’t not have asked.

I purchased this Google pixelbook as a certified refurb, and couldn't be happier. I almost paid full price ( ~ $ 1k ), but held off. Then, I found this beautiful system for $699; excellent. The system is the best chromebook on the market with 128 GB of SSD, and 8 GB of memory. It's wonderful to travel with, and turns on instantly (or at least it seems that way!), and is super thin and light. So if you are seeking a truly effective pixelbook for work or general browsing, emails, writing documents, anything, this is your system.
A:AnswerAccording to the link you supplied it states refurbished products are covered for 90 days after purchase:
From the middle of the second paragraph:
“If your device has been refurbished, Google warrants that the device and included accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with Google's published product documentation for ninety days from the date of retail purchase by you (these warranties are collectively referred to as our “Limited Warranty”).”
A:AnswerI am sure this varies from computer to computer so it is impossible to answer your question but I think you should be prepared for a slight imperfection. Mine came a week ago and I wouldn't say I see any wear and tear.
A:AnswerThe "pen" (actually a stylus) is NOT included. The stylus is sold seperatly and you'll have spend extra money for it. I'm totally happy without it--AND I love using a stylus on my Samsung Note and tablet devices. But, yes, the stylus is not included.
A:AnswerYes you can, but you should honestly go with a different chromebook, not this one. The hardware will eventually fail, and you'll have to have it replaced, because you cannot repair a Pixelbook. It's not the Cadillac of Chromebook like they try to make it seem in the commercials. It's a basic chromebook, at a premium price. And the pen is sold separately and only works on the Pixelbook.
A:AnswerProbably, but you have you have to do it either online or you can use android apps, which don't work. Honestly, for graphics you should get an Ipad or a surface computer. They have real apps, that don't have to be used online. The pixelbook is crap. Don't waste your time.
