How do I return a PET-NESS product?

If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for a full refund within 14 days of when your order was received.

Please contact us at returns@pet-ness.com for an RMA (return authorization number) number. to be eligible for a return, your item must be received in unused condition. Once your return is received, we will send you an email that we have received your return and we will issue a refund.

All of our products are printed to order, we do not keep an inventory. This is why we do not offer any exchanges. Instead, If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for a full refund , and then sImply re-order the correct item.

To return your product, mail your product with the printed out RMA information to: Pet-Ness 501 19th st, Huntington Beach, CA 92648

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
