I am very happy with this knife set, not only are they absolutely gorgeous but they are very reliable and at a very reasonable price. I most definitely loved the cutting boards the mixing spoons and the measuring spoons, they are a very good addition to the set.

Sharp knife

Really nice looking and the knives are sharp and cuts well. Scissors and sharpener works great too! I love it!

Very Sharp!

Great standard set for someone who cooks everyday. I love this set because it comes with all of the essential knives like for chopping veggies, slicing tomatoes and meat, and serrated knife for cutting bread. The black and steel color combo works great for my kitchen. The stainless steel handle feels substantial. I think this set is fantastic for the price and i would recommend it for a casual cook.

Excellent starter knife set!

I like the knives ok. They are good, but not great. This is my second set of them. I mostly love the fact that the 4 front blades aren't serrated...they're smooth. That's almost impossible to find in other sets. We use those 4 knives for almost everything. l like the block for storage. 
My biggest complaint with this set is that it was missing the cutting pads %26, when I contacted the company, I received no response.

Decent set of knives for the price.

Gave this knife set as a christmas gift and it was embarrassing to find out that when they opened it , it did not come with any scissors!!

Even with hand washing they rust after the very first use.

Rust quickly

I got this set as a gift after Walmart “substituted” the original set for this one. After a few washes they rusted, and not because I didn't dry them right away but the handles held onto water somehow and when putting them into the holder it ran down the knives. After about a months use the biggest knife also cracked! I don't know how or when but I picked it up one day and there it was. I also reached out to the person who gifted this set to me and asked if there was any warranty or anything on it and they told me there wasn't so I cannot recommend this product

Haven't used for even two months

Extremely disappointed with these knives. I had them for less than two weeks and they began to rust. Would not recommend.

These knives, and I use that term loosely, are garbage. These so-called knives, are little more than some cheap, thin metal haphazardly forged into something sort of, kind of (not really) resembling a blade. The product is so cheap that they don't finish actually making the knife; to elaborate on that, the handles of the knives have jagged bits of metal poking out of them that when you grab the handle properly, poke into your hand... and it hurts. Directions explicitly state to wash by hand, and then thoroughly dry, immediately. I followed those directions the first time I washed them, yet somehow they still all got rust spots.  After each subsequent use they get more dull and nothing will sharpen them, not even the included knife sharpener. Faberware is not the best brand of kitchenware by a long shot but I feel like selling this product is so beneath them as a brand... and that's because this product shouldn't be sold anywhere. It's embarrassing. 

PS - the knives in the photo I shared with this review had, believe it or not, just come out of a very thorough wash and hand dry. As you can see, Despite being less than two weeks old, the knives are scuffed up they have permanent smudge like marks on them, and they have horrible rust that won't go away… I don't want rust in my food thank you very much!
