We moved into a place with white countertops that damage very easily, so we decided to buy some pretty marble contact paper to protect them. I bought four rolls of the white marble with grey veins. It arrived and was gorgeous. The quality was decent (though one month in there is already peeling in areas near the sink and near the seams) and application was a bit of a challenge, but not impossible with some patience. Unfortunately, however, we did not have enough for our kitchen island. I placed another order of 2 rolls of the exact same product and, as you can see from the picture, what arrived was shockingly different. Greenish, very very marbleized, and... the worst part? A totally different kind of material. The 2nd set seems to be on some kind of ultra thin mylar/metallic, silver kind of material. The first set was on a thicker white material that went on nicely. The second set? Air bubbles everywhere and tears very easily. And it looks terrible next to the counters we've already done. I wish I could write a better review, but the difference in look, quality, and texture between the two orders is absolutely absurd so please beware when you purchase this!

    I bought this to cover the cabinets and drawers in my kitchen, it turned out to be more work than i was ready for just cutting the pieces to size but the few that i did do were great! The texture was soft and easy to clean, super sticky but didn’t rip the paint off when removed which was great! I love the design on it and so did my dad! Worked great!

    We moved into a place with white countertops that damage very easily, so we decided to buy some pretty marble contact paper to protect them. I bought four rolls of the white marble with grey veins. It arrived and was gorgeous. The quality was decent (though one month in there is already peeling in areas near the sink and near the seams) and application was a bit of a challenge, but not impossible with some patience. Unfortunately, however, we did not have enough for our kitchen island. I placed another order of 2 rolls of the exact same product and, as you can see from the picture, what arrived was shockingly different. Greenish, very very marbleized, and... the worst part? A totally different kind of material. The 2nd set seems to be on some kind of ultra thin mylar/metallic, silver kind of material. The first set was on a thicker white material that went on nicely. The second set? Air bubbles everywhere and tears very easily. And it looks terrible next to the counters we've already done. I wish I could write a better review, but the difference in look, quality, and texture between the two orders is absolutely absurd so please beware when you purchase this!

    Not sure if our house is too cold? Adhesion did not want to stay put, put this on and overnight there was a crazy amount of bubbling. I ended up taking it off and trashing it

    I used this to bring new life to a beat up kallax and a coffee table top, and I've got to say it worked better than I anticipated. There were a few issues with bubbles but that's more from the blemishes on the surface if the furniture. Fortunately, those blemishes looked much better afterwards. I found that the bubbles I could quite get rid of were easily fixed with a small cut, allowing the air to slescaoe soni could press the material flat.

    The adhesive is great, so just be careful not to unroll this too far. Because if it sticks to itself (sticky back to sticky back), you're going to have a problem. It's not impossible to rectify, but you're going to bend the material trying to fix it. I do like how there is a slight flex, so you can pull it tight and kind of "shrink wrap" around corners and bumps. The pattern blends well, too, which I hadn't considered until I had to to put it edge to edge.

    Overall, very pleased! Might have to pick some more up to save a table or two.
