Can this product be applied to the scalp?

I have two sisters who recommended this product for the face.  They swear by it.  After two weeks I'm seeing less breakouts and smoother looking skin.  I'm hoping it will help clear my light melasma.  It stings at first but that goes away eventually.

Helping my skin

I've been using this product for two weeks and absolutely love it. I have had super oily skin all of my life and have never found ANY product that controls a shine free face like this does. I'm 45 years old and it has definitely improved my fine lines and wrinkles in this short amount of time. I love this product and will continue to use it.
