    Tell the bartender

by BKPK on 6/20/18Brighton Music Hall - Boston

I think I'm falling in love. Both shows were amazing. Ted had a cold and even without all of his voice he, and the pharmacists brought the house down. Both nights.

    Amazing Show

by Sasha1970 on 11/8/17Teragram Ballroom - Los Angeles

Wow, what a show! They played for almost two hours!!! It was a mix of old hits and the new record. Ted’s stage banter is always amusing, too. They have added a couple of musicians including a saxophonist which added quite a bit to the sound. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ted Leo left it all on stage

by JoBuNYC on 11/6/17Teragram Ballroom - Los Angeles

TL/RX gave two full hours to the Teragram Ballroom, which was the perfect venue for so raw and intimate a show. This was my first Ted Leo concert in probably 10 years, and I'll never miss an opportunity to see him perform again. He was witty, charming, and rocked the place all to hell.

    always a good time

by flamingoland on 9/20/17Brighton Music Hall - Boston

I've seen Ted and some form of his band many times over the years and he NEVER fails to go overboard and put on an incredible show. He never stops (except to talk to the audience, which is funny as all get out) and this was no exception. Ted and his band, the Pharmacists, with a few others, played for 2 1/2 hours with no break. He played a lot of his new album, the Hanged Man, as well as many of the hits. The band behind him rocked it and sounded great. Always a great show, don't miss him if he comes near you, you won't be disappointed. The venue, Brighton Music Hall, holds a little less than 500 people and is a great size for such a show, drinks were reasonably priced for Boston.

Ted Leo + The Pharmacists always put on a fun, energetic show that is guaranteed to get you going! You can tell they love what they do, and they feed off the crowd. Unless you're an uptight concert-goer expecting to sit and do nothing, you're going to have a great time.

The best I've ever seen him.

by AndyPolhamus on 4/11/10The Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza - New York

The show started out with The Screaming Females, a New Brunswick, NJ punk band fronted by a little girl who's the best guitar player I've ever seen live. They shredded, they screamed, they brought the mosh. The next band, The Obits, weren't my cup of tea, but skillfully embarrassed a heckler who made fun of them during their set. The crowd, having been pumped up by the two supporting acts, went completely insane once the Pharmacists came on. It was the usual Ted Leo show, peppy, energetic, chock full of nerds, but for once, people were moving. By far the most action I've ever seen from any crowd at a Ted Leo show. Easily the best of the three times I've seen him play.

    Too Good

by DDawg232 on 4/10/10The Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza - New York

Ted Leo + Pharmacists met my expectations and more! The set list was SOOO satisfying and Ted's voice was on the money. He is definitely my favorite artist. Go see them live, buy a record, they need our support.
