Update: 10/10/2020. We received the 2 replacement batteries last month as part of the deal. One of the replacement batteries is now dead, the other is reported as low in the app. I just spent about 20 min or so on chat with Tile (on their site) and they will send us replacements ("1 to 3 business weeks"). So far, support has been very good. I am irritated that the batteries are bad and we can't use 1 of the 2 tiles (my son uses one Tile for his car keys, the other for his wallet -- they are great!). I guess we have to be responsible until the replacement new "new" batteries arrive. Still not downgrading the number of stars because this is still a great product and the 2 support issues we've had were relative minor and handled pretty well by customer support (Tile and Amazon).

These Tiles are great. We got 2, put one on my son's key chain and one in his wallet. They have worked exactly as advertised. One feature that I'd like would be for there to be a way to warn when the tile gets a particular distance away. There is another product that (supposedly) does this but the Tile still seems to be a more complete product and the ratings are better for Tile.

We did have an issue. I didn't downgrade my rating, however, because I thought it was something that happens occasionally with tech and the support rep(s) took care of the situation to my satisfaction.

Product arrived as expected, I got 2 Tiles. Within the 1st month one of the Tiles stopped working. I called Amazon support, they contacted the manufacture, and via email another Tile was sent to me and a return label for the non-working tile. There was a little confusion via email but we got that worked out pretty quickly. It took about a week and a half-ish to get everything straightened out. Generally, however, the issue was resolved with no real pain and the Amazon and Tile support folks were responsive and I am satisfied with the service (I can be tough on support when they don't follow thru).

Call me a convert!
I bought my two-pack of Tile Pros as an experiment. Not for myself, but for my aging mother who has been misplacing things lately. I put one on her keys and the other in her purse.
A month later she told me she couldn't find her keys. Figuring they were somewhere in her house I pulled out my cell, tapped the Tile app, and listened for the Tile chime. Nothing! However, when I looked at my cell again, the app gave me the option to report it lost, so I did. Instantly it told me the missing Tile was most recently detected two hour ago somewhere at a local shopping center. With another tap on the screen and the app literally drew me a map!
I hopped in my car and went to the shopping center; a 10-acre lot with a dozen large stores on it. Shortly after arriving, after consulting the app again, it told me it got another hit just two minutes ago. Tapping the mapping/directions function again, it zeroed in tighter letting me find the right store, Wal-Mart (don't judge me).
Once in the store while the app couldn't tell if the Tile on my mom's keys was near, and I soon found out why.
After going to the Customer Service Desk, they opened the safe where they had the keys. They asked if I could identify them. I replied, "They're the keys that are beeping." With a tap of the app (which could now sense the Tile now that it was out of the heavy steel safe), it started to sing its chime.
Now, here are the takeaways from this testamonial. First: Tile works! Works great! After this event I got another one for my own keys. Second: While it does have its limits (like signal blockage through heavy materials, like a safe), when other Tile users come in close proximity, locations of other Tiles are clearly logged onto the Tile Network for future reference for if and when one is reported missing. Third: On the downside, this also means Tiles track your every movement, all the time, through the network of Tile-app-enabled cell phones (could be a plus or minus depending on your comfort level with that sort of thing).
Bottom line is if you or a loved one are prone to losing things, even occasionally, this little gizmo will put it back in your eager little hands!
As for this particular model, the Tile Pro 2018, I like that I don't need to worry about dead batteries as long as I remwmber to replace the batteries at least once a year.

Best Yet & Battery Replaceable Insures Freshness!

These Tile Pros are just the latest in a string of my Tile products. I chose the recent Pros, because I felt that the previous Sports & Mates purchased were dicey that you got a "fresh" product. Since they do not have a "born on" date like Budweiser, it was hard determine when the "Guaranteed for 1-year" started on. One time I received a package of Sports that neither one of the trackers would activate, the replacement package only one of them would work. I cut my losses instead of keep chasing that squirrel. Ultimately, Tile solved this with the Pros (and who wouldn't have a CR2032 battery nowadays); I just wish they were more water resistant (proof).
I have enjoyed both the hardware & software of these products. The technology is easy enough to use & transfer (much like Zwave) and the system is used widely enough with participation that you are likely to find your property within a populated area. And at the cost now, we put one on our dog's collar for half the cost of what a "dog tracker" costs online.

I used to own the LAPA ones and they barely worked.Read all the reviews on Youtube and tried the pro.Works perfectly and very easy to set up.VERY loud if needed but you can control the level or mute it.The "radar" pattern in a three story house is really good.In the basement I got 2 bars when the pro was on the top floor.Thru 4 walls and doors.Battery is replaceable which is good but the pro is not water repellant .These is no gasket.Material was light but seems durable.Only thing I would change if they added a small flashing led light like the LAPA had and you have to pay for the "upgrade" software option for different option and services which is disappointing.LAPA had it for free.

Works great, love the app, still haven’t figured out Alexa yet for it. However, I’ll give you a story on this being a lifesaver: I went out on Saturday night, took an Uber home, had to be past 1am. Got out of the Uber and realized I didn’t have my keys! Moment of panic - I opened my tile app and it showed that The last known location was the house. Immediately realized I actually left them inside. Phew! Luckily my wife had her set of keys but still, this saved me from a trip all the way back to the bar.

I then activated tile premium the next day for the more advanced tracking feature - which is great too! Although you should just buy this and put it in your keys. They come in handy when you need it most.

Funciona bidireccional.
Es decir, que tanto puedes encontrar las llaves (o lo que sea que tengas el chip enganchado a), como el móvil a través del chip.
Facilísimo de entender el funcionamiento, el pitido es potente, la app funciona muy bien.
Cambiar las pilas es muy sencillo (no las he cambiado obviamente porque ya vienen puestas, pero sí que lo he trasteado y es tremendamente sencillo).
Si tienes prisa y no quieres perder ni un minuto en pensar o buscar dónde dejaste las llaves o el móvil, es recomendable.
